You don't need to curse like you're losing your damn mind, but I don't disagree that 8 and 4 is dangerous for sharp turns. 10 and 2 is dangerous too though; if those airbags get deployed, your fingers will jam through your eyes. In my opinion, 8 and 4 is good for driving long distances where you are mostly straight because it is resting position. Most of the time, 9 and 3 with shuffle steering is optimal most of the time, and 9 and 3 with hand-over-hand steering is ideal for sharp turns. It may not be your instructor's fault though. It's probably AAA's fault for promoting these instructions that lack nuance.

Dr Nguy?n is an unethical physician. He dropped a patient because the patient complained about his refusing to do a test even though it was medically necessary. He made no effort to find an alternative doctor even when the patient just received notice that he had kidney failure. He won't come to the phone or even accept email. His bedside manner is virtually non-existent. He doesn't tell his patients what tests he orders, and he does unnecessary or redundant tests. He essentially practices second class medicine. His staff are rude and unresponsive. They are also incompetent. It took them 4 weeks to refill a routine prescription, resulting in very unpleasant symptoms. It also took them about 8 tries before they got another prescription right. Stay away from this awful medical practice.

John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. My name shakee paulk I’m a patient at Dr.Edward Anim-addo office first I wanna say dr.addo is a great very patient caring he never over looked my health I was sick for a whole year losing weight can’t eat my skin had changed losing hair i went to 4 doctors nobody could not find out wat was wrong it was a time I wanted to give up I had surgery n all still nothing my god above led to me to dr.addo I was diagnosed with lupus it’s been 8 months n I been doin good dealing with coming to see him every two weeks it’s worth it every time thinks doctor addo for the love n support?

Lousy Doctor - Drove 40 minutes to see this doctor and she abandon me excuses were made as if my time was not important. 40 minutes to see some woman named Ashley. Waste of Everyones time. Learn to use a telephone if you not available. Angela Guzzetta reinforces one truth among all veterans they think were garbage and can not be bothered. Is it to much to ask to show up on time. I did it for 20 years. What is it with the va hiring these doctors not sure witch is worse Angela guzzetta or my cable guy who shows up sometime between 8 an 12 off at lunch and 1 and 5 pm. Management stinks in this place. If anyone if us Veterans did we would be AWOL or in the brig.

I was referred to this doctor by a Star Medical rep in Plano. I called to see what the requirements were for Bariatric Surgery. I provided my ins. info for verification & they scheduled me an appt for Thurs at 8:15am. I drove 45 mins to this appt and was told that they never put be on the schedule. Unprofessional. The scheduler advised that she could add me, but the first apt is at 10am. My first thought, Uh no, it was actually 8:15am. I would not recommend this office! What a waste of my time. If you cant commit to a schedule, how can I trust you with anything else. I will most definitely NOT return. They dropped the ball and nothing was done about it. Heard shes working at the VA now figures were ON TIME is not in there vocabulary

When I started working here everything seemed pretty good, but over the last few months it has become low morale central. it's the only place I've ever worked where 8 hours seems like 12. Good thing I'll be quitting soon and get away from this stress of being there. The job itself is very simple, but the management makes it harder than it has to be.

This review is in reference to a United Healthcare virtual visit on July 3, 2022. I'm a 49 year old male who has suffered through anxiety and sleep related issues. To give a little more background I'd previously spoken with 2 other doctors on June 30 and July 2, also through UHC virtual care. But unlike this experience, those two were 5 stars. I originally called because at the time I was going through severe withdrawal symptoms after having to abruptly stop a sleep/anxiety medicine. I had a scheduled appointment with a new primary care physician on July 8 but I had no idea what to expect from the new doctor, plus I needed some immediate relief from the withdrawal symptoms which were making it almost impossible for me to sleep. The first doctor, William Errico, DO was extremely helpful and prescribed a 30 day supply of .1 mg Clonidine to help me. He was friendly and I immediately felt comfortable with him. On July 2, I spoke with Karen Beers, NP. At this point I hadn't noticed much effect from the Clonidine and was looking to gather a little more input on things. She was very patient and helpful and gave me some good suggestions on natural remedies to help with my issue. The 5-HTP she recommended has worked very well for me. By late evening July 2/early July 3 I noticed the Clonidine was starting to have a positive effect. I was still apprehensive about what to expect from the new doctor and I felt that I could possibly gain some more insight from talking to a third doctor and possibly get a refill on the Clonidine since it was beginning to work for me. Plus I had no idea whether a new pcp would even prescribe it. My mistake was getting Lisa Primiani. From the beginning she projected a cold, unfeeling demeanor and I felt uncomfortable with her. The only good thing about the visit was there was no cost because it was fully covered under my insurance. But in this case I got what I paid for. She tended to use the word "unfortunate" a lot but the truly unfortunate thing was this visit. Well, where do I begin? I clearly stated my issue and my concerns and her first response was that I'd already had 3 previous visits with other doctors (it was only 2 - the first visit with Dr. Errico was accidentally disconnected before it had begun). In essence, this made me feel very uncomfortable. Like I'd already called several times already and why was I wasting her time? This isn't what she stated word for word, but it was clearly the impression that I got. To quote a phrase from my 13 year old daughter, it was a "cringe worthy" moment. It got worse from there. At this point I knew I was wasting my time, but I decided to approach the subject of giving me a Clonidine refill. I stated the reasons for this as I did earlier in this review. Her response was basically if I'd taken the whole bottle already then I had a serious problem. These weren't the exact words but they're nearly identical. My initial reaction was complete shock. I honestly don't have words for it. At the time, this comment kind of reminded me of an old lady with a serious case of dementia who will pretty much blurt out the worst possible thing. I was like, no way, she didn't really say that! Also, if I'd actually taken the whole 30 day supply of Clonidine in 3 days then chances are that I probably wouldn't have been having this conversation in the first place. Another truly cringe worthy moment. Unlike the previous 2 doctors, she offered me nothing. Well, actually she did. She offered me an excuse. She stated that her specialty was not "chronic" issues but rather short-term issues or something to that effect. Well, I'll make it a point the next time that I call a telehealth doctor to tell my body not to have a "chronic" issue but a short-term one instead. One word of advice for this doctor, actually 2 words, smile more. A little friendliness goes a long way. I'd love to see the world of telehealth become a kinder place as exemplified by my visits with the first 2 doctors. Every patient out there deserves nothing less.

Let me tell you about the worst company ever, R Delta Engineers Inc. Their job site is a nightmare and unsafe. They block the road with heavy equipment and supplies. They leave mud on the road making it impossible to get to my home. The nails, trash, and wood are everywhere like in my driveway and in my yard. They park on my property. They work from 6 AM to 8 PM and weekends making it impossible to have a quiet meal or to have friends over. I can’t even think about showing my home under these conditions. The white privileged owner doesn’t care, and neither does the hillbilly general contractor. This is a year long nightmare. Please do not do business with this elitist, insensitive engineer. 2 November 2022.
