Went into the restaurant. A man was in front of me waiting. We were waiting and waiting. It was about 5 to 7 minutes and no body came to the register. A woman was filling orders and employees walking around. Finally after waiting so long when she gave an order I asked her if someone was working at the register. She finally came over. The man in front of me said he never comes to this one but was working nearby. The customer service was terrible. If they want customers there customer service has to improve. They act looking like they don’t care if you wait or not. There were about 6 or 7 people behind me waiting to to be helped. Ridiculous.”

Told by employees they were too busy to take my order, as another employee was picking their nose behind register. Made order at screen and waited 15 minutes for food. Which was wrong. Don’t like to leave bad reviews, but worst McDonald’s experience by far.
