My intention was never to troll him but to explain what I thought he could improve--based on my personal experience with him (and the experience of my friend's sister). I'm sorry if I came across differently. Mr. Englerth has an amazing heart. He seemed to have the best of intentions. I just couldn't stay silent when I was being accused of stuff that wasn't true.
