Joyce lures you in with a free legal consultation. She proceeds to tell you how you are right and the other side is wrong. She makes it sound so simple to resolve. She gives a low estimate and retainer. Then she takes your money and you don't hear from her. You have to call her constantly to get anything done. If you look at her invoices, she charges you for every call even though you only called because you haven't heard from her. After she screws you out of the first retainer, she sends you a new bill that is twice the size of the first retainer. Once she is paid, she goes silent. And its back to the phone tag game.
