If I could give negative stars, I would! And here's why, my 76 yr old mother was referred to Dr. Wade by The Stephens County Hospital. Which by the way, provides stellar patient services & I highly recommend! Nonetheless with Dr. Wade & staff, the day before the scheduled appointment we get a call late in the afternoon from his office cancelling the appointment! I have a job, work full time. Spent the entire week before the appointment rescheduling my work load in order to be available to get my mother to the appointment Dr Wade's office had scheduled, 2 weeks prior. Long story short, save yourself the troubles involved with Dr. Wade's office & staff. Go somewhere else! Obviously, their time is much more valuable than their patients & family member's time & well being!!!

Honestly if you like cheap bosses who love to screw over you and customers, this is the job! The manager at 1620 south congress ave in boynton beach knows nothing about cars but got his manager title by selling people on stuff his boss told him to sell such as air filters and other stuff. I was there for four years and didnt get once raise but they dont have an issue hiring some kid off the street who knows nothing about cars and pay him more then the person actually doing the work all because he can sell overpriced services to little old ladies!

I have seen this Dentist for many years. I had insurance when I worked and then paid for services when I retired. I purchased dental insurance and explained to receptionist that one of the dentists was in the plan and to make sure she filed it that way. She filed it incorrectly and that led to many calls to her and the insurance company. I never received payment as both the receptionist and insurance company bungled the claim. The receptionist never understood what was needed after several calls. It is their job to interact with the insurance and she simply never understood the situation and failed miserably. I cancelled the insurance and will never go back to Robeson + Robeson due to the incompetence of the receptionist. It was not the $$$ but my time wasted over this. They never offered to waive the fee and lost a patient of 3 decades.

Shout out to Dr. Shen MD I was referred to him after 2yrs. of Pain Management& NO Results. The Dr. found my problem , I scheduled Surgery, I received excellent services I was well taken care of , the Dr. explained everything to me so I understood the procedure to be done. The Dr. & stall were so professional, I felt like I was family. Where do you get a physician call you at home to ask how things are going, and to call him if there are any problems. He collected many millions from angel investors, over hired, his company went down in a short period of time, he walked away with the monies. Then he started Belong Home, collected the many millions from angel investors, over hired very young people with no experience, working from their homes to be property managers. It is catastrophic to the tenants as nothing is ever fixed, they take on falling apart dilapidated units, and lie consistently in fixing all from the start. Belong writes their own reviews, treats there tenants like their enemies. Their Pro Services illegally charges you to fix things that were not addressed since inception, they falsely charge their tenants many 1000s' of dollars. The plan again with Savir is to fail again, endanger all tenants, rip off all tenants and take the money and run. That is why Savir remains in a rental, himself. Belong has been cited by DBI repetitively.
