Employees ignore customers and spend more time together socializing. Seems that the store manager must believe that the customer demographic is lower income. For better selection of healthy food many of the people I know and my family have to drive to another city to shop. We just use Walmart to fill in when we don't have time to drive for selection at other grocery stores. The only thing that this store has going for it is it's basically the only game in the city aside from a small local family chain grocery store.

I have been buying simply organic beef broth and the seals inside are broke open after i open the outside cap. This is unexceptable. I also recieved the same product at lapeer, mi store it was also tampered with. It is being shipped to the stores like this.

They put me on hold for 2 minutes someone came back and said “he left”, I said I am holding for another customer service rep, he’s checking on a certain kind of dog food (hills science diet). The employee put me back on hold and 30 seconds later the call dropped! Very bad customer service. This store was better when it was Nichol's dollar saver.Now that's it's Pruett's it seems to be getting worse especially when the manager doesn't care for his employees.I keep talking to past employees finding out more stuff that he does on purpose and against store rules.Recent events I've learned that the people he fired he fired them the same exact way.Him and his assistant manager basically would pull an employee aside that they have treated cruely telling them they stole something and even when the employee had a witness the manager still fired them.Not just one but many have shared the same story.Then also bringing to attention he's screamed at many of them talking down to them as if they were less than.But he didn't think some of these employees have PTSD and what he basically did is verbally abuse them.A lot of these people are coming forward and in hopes to signing a paper taking him to court especially his assistant manager who joins in on his putting down employees... I hope we gain enough to get this man fired for all the mental and verbal abuse he caused these people.Plus the one with medical issues.Knowing the hand book says employees with medical problems can take and eat with there meds at any time including on the clock.He can't treat people like nothing it doesn't give home the right.Sir just because you drive a big truck doesn't make you a man it makes you insecure.Grow up....
