Dr. Steven Bailey is a wonderful neurosurgeon whose skill my husband and I are very grateful for. My husband has suffered for years with degenerative disk disease which had gotten progressively worse over the years. In the past few years the pain grew to be unbearable. Before a cervical surgery this past March, his neck hurt immensely and the pain ran into his head causing horrible headaches which kept him from sleeping. At the same time the lower back was getting worse too. Dr. Bailey did the cervical surgery in March and the relief he experienced was miraculous. Dr. Bailey said after he completely healed from it, we would address the lower back. He just had lumbar surgery in October. Before this surgery for the stenosis, my husband suffered so much and actually couldn't walk at times. Again Dr. Bailey performed surgery which alleviated his pain and he feels better than he has in years. We are so grateful to Dr. Bailey for giving him back his life.

Dr. Cepela is a most professional and excellent physician. The elderly gentleman for whom I care and I have both had eyelid surgery by Dr. Cepela, and we are both extremely happy with his work. I will return if the need arises for any other surgery, as I am completely at ease with him. His office staff and assistants are great as well. I truly highly, highly recommend Dr. Cepella.

Paid 8 grand for eyelid surgery. Did not work. Worse. Deformed. First they said it might take a couple months, then 3 months, now a year! Swollen like this for a year! I may file a malpractice suit. Dr Cepela expressed no concern and offered no fixes. He said he doesn't need to see me anymore. Don't believe the fake positive reviews.

I thought that this was the BEST Pediatric doctor in all of Michigan. He turned out to be just the opposite. My sons have been going to him for several years now and I have sent other patients to his practice as well. Recently, My 18 year old son was Dejected from his practice because I was LIED on by his staff and said that I Missed 5 NO CALL NO SHOWS APPOINTMENTS. Which was an OUT RIGHT LIE because I called and spoke to his STAFF on each occasion that I was NOT able to get all the way to NOVI which is where he MOVED to now. This is something that I have NEVER heard of from any doctor to KICK a patient out that he has been treating for years within his practice because He was TOLD that we were NO CALL NO SHOWS as if I WORKED for his office. I have NEVER did a NO CALL NO SHOW to any doctor. This is not even counting the fact that when you would go into his office and have to sit and WAIT until they FELT like calling you back to be seen. I would LOVE to know what makes doctors think that the Patients time is not just as VALUABLE as theirs is. RIDCULOUS!!! Finally to top this all off, he was also the Doctor who NEVER seemed to know what was WRONG with my son when we would go into his office. It was always VIRAL. NOT EVERYTHING is a VIRUS!!
