Great experience with a bone on bone knee operation. From beginning to end, literally through pre-op appointments to post-op and therapy, I was in capable hands. Dr. Jeffrey Goldstein did an amazing job. I had minimal pain after surgery and my new knee is perfect. My visits to his office were always quick, no waiting and he always had knowledgeable, professional answers to all my frenzied questions, letting me be able to leave confident in my recovery and anxiety free. Dr. Steven Jon Schichman is Director of the Urology Department at Hartford Hospital, Tallwood Men's Health Center. I thank God for Doctor Shichman. his sense of urgency was very comforting. In response to my initial contact, within minutes, he called me 3 times with updates and a next day appointment with Dr. Bieniek, an expert urologist on his staff.

Been going to this urologist for a few years. He all about the billing. Went today (had an appointment) as a follow up to my CT scan 4 weeks ago (they basically refuse to discuss results on the phone since they can't bill for a phone call) and waited an hour. Finally she the receptionist of he was going to see me and was informed he didn't come in and his whereabouts was unknown. Worst customer experience ever, not even a courtesy call to reschedule. Find a doctor who's interested in practicing medicine, not just billing.
