Refuses to give Test results over the phone . I’ve called the doctor numerous times. the office staff does not respond to our phone calls. my parent is home bound and it is difficult for her to go up and down stairs due to dizziness from a major fall ( hitting her head on the concrete) which has caused her permanent dizziness. this is why we went to this doctor. His office staff reflect the rude and unprofessional treatment they provide patients. He is lucky he gets 1 Star rating. i tried giving a much deserved “0” rating. However the system insists a “1” rating or above.

My appointment today with Dr. Navarro was awful. Dr.Navarro is taking over Dr. Nottingham's patients & told me he didn't like going behind another physician's work & he had his patients too. Why agree to take on other patients if you don't go behind another physician’s work? He didn't read my chart before my appointment. He had the nerves to ask did I think he would take me to the operating room & haven't developed a rapport with me. I've completed so much testing for my condition & Dr. Navarro made me feel as I wasn't worthy of his time or GREAT health care because of my skin color. He figured he could tell me anything & I would go for it! The sad part of the entire visit, Dr. Navarre, keep telling me he would ensure I receive my$35 co-pay back. He arrived late to the appointment & wanted to spend 2 minutes with me to walk & head to his next patient. Dr. Navarro took an oath to provide health care to individuals but he only cares about you if your skin isn't brown/black. Please be mindful when you go see Dr. Fernando Navarro located at USC SURGERY 2 MEDICAL PARK STE 300 COLUMBIA, SC 29203.

You will want to avoid this place like the plague. She is no a bad doctor but her staff has much to be desired. Very unprofessional and rude. tried to get a tier exception on a drug that was prescribed to me, but was unable to because the office person did not fill out the papers properly. When I brought this to her attention, she became very agitated and rude and insisted my drug have been approved through the Tier exception processed when it had not. She further insisted that I had not met my deductible when I have met it some time ago. Unbelievably unprofessional and lacking in basic knowledge.

Dr. Gorin is my urologist at Johns Hopkins. He is a very good urologist, very personable and attentive. The urology dept. is so lucky to have Dr. Gorin.

Island Drs provide the worst patient care I've ever experienced. The office staff never know who orders what for their own patients. The doctors themselves act like the patient is a total inconvenience to their time, which is expensive. The doctors do not show any interest in what the patient is there for. No communication. The doctors show their annoyance if they have to have a conversation with the patient. Very bad patient care.
