"FOLLOW UP" "BEWARE FOR DR. GAUKHMAN & VANESSA'S WORK:" I filed a complaint against Dr. Gaukhman and his assistant with the B.B.B.and his response to the B.B.B. was that I was happy with the shoddy work that his assistant Vanessa performed- and he told the B.B.B. that I was still wearing it for the 11 months of treatment that was a total failure for the two attempts with two different labs that Vanessa used, however in his response to the B.B.B. he stated In the ("copy That I am sending to you as letter #1") that I was happy with their work and that I was still wearing the prosthesis- which is a TOTAL LIE, and letter #2 that I am also sending to you -is a letter from Dr. Larry Dunford stating that the prosthesis is in fact- in Dr. Dunford's possession, and has been since it was removed as not being fit to be used -as also was in the letter from Dr. Dunford that was also sent to you and along with the photos showing exactly what was wrong with the work that was performed by the assistant from Dr. Gakuhman's office. Dr. Dunford was totally amazed to the fact , even though I emphasized to Dr. Gaukhman that the 6 dentist that I got opinions from, all stated that I needed to have only a prosthodontist dentist do the work on me, and certainly not an assistant as Dr. Gaukhman allowed- and not one single time did Dr. Gaukhman ever assist Vanessa's work other than stating that he watches her on a security cameras located in all of the exam rooms. Dr. Misch stated that his wife being a prosthodontist could not do my case as it being too complicated, and needed a prosthodontist and not a non-professional un-trained person without any experience- nor any help did she ever get from Dr. Gaukhman to do the work that I desperately needed. Dr. Dunford did 95% of my work on me and in 10 visits that was performed before ever sending it off to the lab, and when the unit came back as a one piece Ziconia unit from the lab it was 100% perfect , not like the inferior and nonfunctional 4 separate piece units that Vanessa did- and that her work was in such an unprofessional manner and result, BUT instead I received a perfect functional one piece unit -and aesthetically perfect from Dr. Dunford's work,We Sometimes Learn From Other Peoples mistakes, "So Please Learn From My Mistake When I Didn't See Not The So Many Red Flags- And Got Taken For $27,000.00 From Dr. Gaukhman"

BEWARE OF VANESSA & DR. GAUKHMAN !!!!!!! I was told by eight dentist that I had a Complicated case for a 12 unit- upper bridge " And that it was extremely important -to see no one other than a Prosthodontic Dentist" - and that is why when I saw the web page for Dr.Gaukhman- it stated that there was in fact a Prosthodontic on staff as I was led to believe,as Dr. Gaukhman stated that he was not a Prosthodontics- but did have one on staff if needed. We seemed to be having quite a few problems but the so called Prosthodontic did not intervene -and as I found out later that they never did have one, even though the web site showed one -as I showed the web site to Vanessa and told her they should correct the site as it was very misleading. The lab company owner made 7 trips each and every time that I was in the dental chair and not one time was Dr. Gaukhman present, except one time when Vanessa had an augment with the lab guy as he got tired of having to make so many unnecessary trips to the office that the mistakes Vanessa seemed to keep making, and Dr. Gaukhman walked into the room turned around and walked right back out showing no concern whatsoever,in the 10 months of my treatments not one time did he ever do any any work on me- and when I asked him why he was not even assisting Vanessa he simply stated that he has a security camera in all treatment rooms and can supervise through the cameras. In short he had Vanessa decide how to plan the entire 4 unit metal bridge units consisting of 12 teeth -as she ran the whole show making all of the decisions, ''and obviously Dr. Gaukhman Delegated Professional Responsibilities to a Non-Qualified Non Training Non Experienced nor A licensed person (named Vanessa) that failed totally two times and with two plans and with two separate Dental labs, A new attempt was done in Ziconia- in a new plan for where the teeth would be placed but that was a pathetically failed result as well, being of Vanessa's inexperience. I AGREE 1000 percent with the idea the DALLAS VETERANS HOSPITAL should post pictures of ALL the doctors so every single veteran that walks through those doors can see POINT OUT to other veterans whose great who excels and who should not be allowed to walk through the from door as they are that BAD. I came from LACKLAND I have ear issues and I would like to know who the doctor they call the BUTCHER is and believe it would be highly beneficial. Who the doctor they call the HACKER is? Some veterans feel like practice dummies and that should never be the case. Who the doctor they call LOST IN SPACE IS? I want to know who the doctor who makes the HORRENDOUS SCARS on American Soldiers is? We DESERVE a fighting chance at picking a DECENT DOCTOR at the Dallas Veterans Hospital, anything less would be immoral I AGREE WITH THE IDEA and think the VETERANS hospital should post the pictures so those of us who are newly separated will know who to stay as far away as possible? The VA in Dallas should do more to PROTECT us from these doctors and have routine, regular quality checks to make sure the skills they have if any remain top notch as they are operating on American Soldiers. Mediocrity among doctors at the Dallas Veterans Hospital puts us all in DANGER. Maybe one day they will actually care about what happens to us.

This dr. Is a rheumatologist. I have survived stage 4 cancer, and I have fibromyalgia, neuropathy. I have recently moved to the area d looking for a new dr. To help me with my pain management. This dr. Was condescending, treated me like I was not sick and was extremely rude. I couldn't believe I wasted my money. I try not to be on a lot of medicine and be healthy, and to be treated the way I was was uncalled for 😢😥😡😤

I have never seen a doctor that will go the extra mile to help her patients as she will. Just witnessed the most awesome thing that a doctor can do. This lady has a passion for what she does.I hope Texas Health knows the person they have. They are so blessed to have her as a physician.

Dr. John C. Amann, M.D, F.A.C.S practice is Neurology and Neurosurgery Associate, P.A. in Winter Haven. FL. I went to Dr. Amann for a herniated disk in lower back. First visit saw P.A. said I would need to see Dr. Amann. My visit with Dr. Amann was to explain what he would do during surgery. He advised if given the shot it would be a 50/50 fix but with surgery it would 90% for complete recovery. I chose to have the surgery and at this time he sat down with us and answered any question my wife and I had. The morning of surgery I arrived at the hospital and checked in. Surgery was to be at 7:30. He arrived early and took me in to surgery at 6:50. I was able to leave by 10:00 to go home and recoup. Dr. Amann called that afternoon to check on me to make sure all was good. I returned to his office two weeks later for a follow up. Did not even sit down in waiting room and was taken back to his office. Nurse check all vitals and walked out of room and Dr. Amann came in within two minutes. He looked at the incision and said it was healing nicely, sat down and talked with us about what he had done during surgery and what to expect for the healing time. He asked if I had any questions and he sat and answered all questions. I saw Dr. Amann once before surgery, day of Surgery and the follow up visit. Not one time did I have to wait to see him. Very courteous and straight to the point. I would recommend him for anyone needing spinal care.

My husband has a rectal procedure, not success, 10 days afterward my husband continue with sever pains he have an appointment for today September 04,19 at 3pm si told the front office workers that my husband is in severe pain and didn’t show a little sympathy or respect, and told us there’s people in front of you, so I ask why then make an appointment for 3oclock and as now it is3:52 and my husband has not been seeing? He has been standing for an hour I believe this is not fair

My fiance and I were seeing Dr Mathur for about a year until a false report was filed with the Dept of Children and Families. Dr Mathur in our time of need dropped us like a lead balloon, even though the Judge dismissed the case because there was no evidence against us - Dr Mathur left us without counseling and without medication. It was very hard because we were both prescribed xanax and we had to ordeal with the horrors of withdrawal! She has refused to see us again! I feel she is very unprofessional and I so not recommend her as a psychiatrist!
