This doctor is the biggest fraud! His wife Sara ady Cooley is nothing but lying sack of *** too! Anyone affiliated with this doctor and his wife should really be careful. This doctor Has gone so far as to try to make his ex wife responsible for an accident he had. Running into a guy on a motorcycle leaving his home with his wife at the time to go to see Sara. She was *** him at the time when he was still married. He’s trying now to make the ex responsible for that. That’s what kind of lowlifes this doctor and his new wife are. He’s done many of his female patients wrong, not by just *** them in his office but also writing things that were untrue in the charts to try to cover up for all his wrong doings. Anyone seeing this doctor should take a really good look into all he’s done.

This doctor should have his medical license taken from him. The horrible things he has emotionally put my friend through. No doctor should be able to use their power like that and for honor health to sit back and not do anything about this man's behavior is disgusting. And then to let him do it to another patient to actually let him do it to a patient during an office visit that's ridiculous honor health and Dr Jack Hawks need to be taken to court something needs to be done. This Sara Ady Cooley. To do this what kind of *** must she be. She was his patient and they knew at honor health plus knew this doctor was married. Its one thing if the marriage was over but they should have asked her to go some place else to see a different doctor.

After her long search on a doctor's dating site she found Jack Hawks more then willing as he is with all female patience I believe honorhealth should take good looking to his patient chart and see when exactly when she was his patient and when this started happening because I do believe there is something in the Hippocratic Oath that they have to take but that he must have forgot. He's done this to many. I believe that is why he got fired but can't say for sure. I would weary and place that is looking to hire him because the next step will be a police report. Will keep all you ladies updated. You should also go have pap smears done sense you have no idea how many you have been exposed to
