I was very disappointed at 7 to 7 Dental and Orthodontics, usually they are very friendly and knowledgeable, but toast visit my wife had several tooth-fillings replaced and a crown made, bys worn off Dr. Zingalis, after the anesthetist worn-off 2 days later she went back with extremely acute pain, he then filed off some theeth, and recommended to continue taking ibuprophen, the 6fh day the pain spread out to the whole head and more acute. He just filed some more and prescribed stronger pills, next week the same, finally I went with her and he seemed to be trumped saying he couldn't see anything abnormal in the x-rays, after I suggested a root canal he admitted that it could work, as they were getting ready to do the RCT, the finances person dropped in and wanted us to pay for the RTC even when Dr. Zigalis damaged the nerve. The office manager said that we had to pay. I said that it was only fare they sbsorbed the cost since we were not warned about the risk of RCT. I said I would take her elsewhere and they said OK, and let us go. A different Dentist did the RCT and redo the crown. She's feeling better now.

Ok so you know the drill. This is a mature review so don't expect me to flame her (even though I hate her). I'm in 6th grade (I will not disclose my class), and she makes the teaching environment HORRIBLE. In her classroom, she expects us to put down our stuff 15 seconds after we enter the classroom. Then she asks for our notebook and most of the time planner for homework. The note copying literally takes up 2/3 of the period and she just talks about these made up "stories". In class, you get no time to work on the assigned assignments. First, she freaks you out with a terrible grade, but then you get a regrade. Still, that is horrible since you're expected to get a bad grade the first time you submit an assignment. What's going on recently in around March-April 2025 has been fishy. Students and their parents are getting confused over her grading system. She is not notifying students and guardians on Jupiter and other platforms about the assignment worth change. For example, an assignment that was worth classwork got swapped to projects. That impacted a lot of students and their grade. What Mrs.Mcgarrity is doing breaks the code of conduct for teachers in NYC Public Schools. The sudden grade change in her class needs to be announced/disclosed, not random. I hope they do something about this sketchy situation.

conditions SHE IS not qualified to treat. Adenoid removal. Chronic ear infections. Cochlear implants for hearing restoration. Congenital abnormalities (like a cleft palate or lip or a loss of smell) Deviated septum repairs. Eardrum perforation repairs. Ear tube inserts. Plenty of Good ENT's out there. She is not one of them. Damaged my tongue and continued to lie to me more then a politician. Oh its Ok, It will be Alright. Shes a Bold Face Liar. Let her operate on you but don't say I didn't warn you just how bad she is. My brother VALFRIDO took the bar 5 times does not make him good at being a lawyer. Probably worked at the Dallas veterans hospital were doctors are not required to SHOW UP. Had 2 appointments not met or seen an attending anywhere and this behavior is condoned honored and accepted by there useless leader STEPHEN HOLT. a real politician. HOW HARD IS IT TO SHOW UP. Is it in the doctors handbook be 45 minutes late or don't up at all so t worry it's ok attitude is nuts
