He is so bad I can't even give him a 1. He made promises and took almost 6 months to fix the problem he created. He talked me into having a front tooth capped and promised he would match it with my other. He didn't. I ended up getting both capped and then he could match them/color. Had to deal with a temporary. Can you imagine being out to dinner and having to excuse yourself because your front cap keeps coming out. After months of work we finally got it to where I was satisfy. Not completely but close enough. Decided to stick with him. Big mistake. Here we Are again with broken promises and stressed because I have missing teeth that shouldn't be. What the hell. Never again!

Dr Patrick K Loftus pulled the wrong tooth, then promised to correct the problem with a dental implant. Which he now will not do and the Syringa office does not return calls, in fact I had an appointment with them and after I drive over 100 miles to them they tell me it was canceled. Also Dr Patrick Loftus made me partials which do not fit and cant be used to eat with and he promised this would be fixed when he did the implant which he will no longer fix.

KINDLY DENTAL is the best! Excellent customer service. I wish I could rate them higher but 5 is the best according to this site. Dr. Dorgis Garcia Lopez and her staff are so kind and professional. I recommend you run not walk over there if you are looking for a dentist. You won't regret it.
