Shelby Berryhill is a self-proclaimed helicopter mom. She is a micromanager who believes no one can do the job better than she can and belittles her employees at every turn. Since her children are toddlers, that is the only experience she has as a leader. She feels the need to cut in several times each day and express how she could have done the job better than the employee. She does this in the same manner that she would scold her toddlers. The only time an employee has received a compliment is after she gives them an hour and a half reprimand.
