He was absolutely terrible to my non-speaking English Mother this week. He refused to find someone who spoke Portuguese and even told her she was fine and didn't need to come back. When all her physicians have repeatedly sent her back to her heart doctor because she's been having strokes and seizures due to A-fib. I'm so amazed by his behavior.

In all honesty Professor Roberts was a great teacher and helped me understand psychology better and the fields. Even though it's an intro class he makes you work harder for grades and grades on knowledge. He was also friendly and inciteful. Recommend him to anyone I know.
