One thing all of his customers have in common is that they would not use him again. Ask them for yourself. If you want a good laugh, ask them how many excuses Milton gave them for his mistakes and delays. Or even better, ask them if Milton has ever blamed them for his mistakes. He spends more time trying to cover up his mistakes with stories and paperwork then he spends trying to prevent or fix them. He's the new kind of builder...overpromise, overcharge, overrun schedules, and then overcome failure by blaming EVERYONE!
