Get ready to be screwed. This is some kind of franchise but based on what Ive read online, all of their locations across the US *** and are tied up in a lot of lawsuits. This location in Wichita is in a strip mall and everyone that works there is nice but doesn't know a single thing about construction or building a home. The designs are something my kid could do on his ipad. My consultant appeared to be on drugs most times we met. It took 6 months to get the first contractor to even look at my property and plans. I don't recommend Ubuildit to anyone, not even my ex-wife's motherinlaw.

Located in Texas and Oklahoma, this is a shell of a company that takes your money and doesn't provide anything in return. Excuses don't count. They have a really bad rep in Oklahoma (their corporate office). Lots of people left high and dry.

It took 19 months but its finally done. We got our money back plus legal fees. Ubuildit promised but never delivered. They attempted to smear me and my wife, but we won in the end. What an unethical company. Please, please do your homework on this company and its owner. They have had several names over the years but the chain of lawsuits are easy enough to find. The owner has been in court his entire life. While many locations are franchises, it still the same company with the same policies, legal, and culture. They literally have hundreds of complaints being worked out with several Better Business Bureaus and in courts.

This is another review on this now famous scam called Ubuildit. The states of Kansas and Oklahoma are suing them for fraud, interstate commerce, and something that sounds like money laundering. My consultant quit and they are dodging phone calls. Maybe I'll get my money back. This is their new office line. (316) 260-2044

I'm not sure where to start. How about this. I was totally ripped off by Justin and his wife. They were months late and what they tried to give me was nothing like what was promised. After they missed the first couple deadlines, I did more research on them. You should too. I found negative customer reviews everywhere. They are smart and keep changing the names of their companies, but you can follow the trail. Yada Designs, Adonai, Ubuildit, Timber Ridge Custom Homes. All have terrible customer reviews. The theme is consistent. Over commit, under deliver, overcharge, and screw.

I had to beg them to do anything at all. The laziest people on earth. And when they did finally do something, it was wrong. Their estimates are a dream. The results are a nightmare. I ended up firing them and their whole stupid team of contractors during framing. I finished the job with contractors I found on my own. I wouldn't trust UbuildIt or anyone associated with them to build a dog house. Total morons.
