Mr Easterling, Ok, Ok

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I met Mr Easterling 3 years ago he was a horrible old man always harassing students telling us to stop dilly dallying in front of his house and to get to class saying kids on street corners bring down housing values calling us stankovas. Mr Easterling had the hearing of a bat always listening to everything and everyone that crossed his path while pretending to be napping on his porch. My friends and I were talking about the Romeo Juliet assignment given out he came unglued, hysterical begin yelling at us for not being passionate about it. He told us everything you do in life you do it with passion or dont bother passion is what separates the winners from the losers he would say. I told him I lost my book and to shut up old man, no one cares about a play where people spoke funny a play that has lasted over 400 years he said. Mr Easterling gave me a new book he had purchased the next time I passed then yelled at us to be passionate about school and to get to class. I believe Mr Easterling is why I didn't drop out, behind all that yelling were actually words of wisdom.

Mr. Llontop (Mr. C), New London Adult & Continuing Education, New London, CT, 06370

Rating: 5 out of 5.

He is a great teacher. He is always willing to help you and the amount of energy he brings in the classroom exceeds expectations. He has a great sense of humor, and he is the best teacher I ever had for math.

He used the students different ways of learning to his advantage and accepted that every student has a different way of learning, would let us ask questions about his life and let us sit on counters and tables as long as we were paying attention, I learned the most things in this class and learned to like science class because of this amazing teacher.

Mr. Ricci, Pittsford Mendon High School

Rating: 2 out of 5.

Mr. Ricci is knowledgeable about physical education, but he seems to lack passion for his subject during class. He frequently is glued to his computer screen for over ninety percent of the period and holds a bunch of open gyms in place of classes. Honestly, the latter is fine, but he should care a bit more about teaching when he's introducing a new skill. Then, he complains about the few kids in every class kids who don't show up enough. I wonder why they miss so much of HIS class...

She pretty much bullied me a few years ago when I was in middle school. I am in college now. I reported her to Mr. Berman but nothing was really done. It's funny how she just absolutely rips apart an 11 year old kid for simply writing an email slightly wrong (as if an 11 year old kid knows how to write professional emails). I have forgiven her in my heart but I still want to make this statement. No teacher in my life has caused the amount of psychological suffering that she has inflicted onto me. Shaney Lipes, Cary Christian School, Cary, NC

Rating: 1 out of 5.

She gives her students a lot of packets to read and only teaches little in the class room. We ultimately end up teaching ourselves concepts and do our own review and discussion groups without her aid. Her grading system makes no sense in the way that it constantly changes and is based upon subjective ideals. She has favorites and bullying constantly happens in her classroom but she does nothing about it.

Yes, you try to be nice inside but it’s not really working, sorry. You don’t understand how many times I cried during remote learning and back to school learning. You talk way too fast, expect me to just soak it in, and can’t explain it. You also are a hypocrite. You say you’re happy to explain but I asked you before and you asked why didn’t you pay attention. Most instructions are unclear. You post a lot of things on google classroom which half we don’t do. These confuse me on which to do. Missing a class causes pain.

She tries to have fun and tell stories or be relatable and I appreciate it but she's a terrible teacher. She doesn't understand that we need more than just basic instructions. She runs through things like we should already know what to do and her instructions are vague. I'm always scared to email her or do anything wrong, infact, me and my friends have a dm in discord where we ask each other what to do and figure out different parts so we don't have to ask her for help or anything like that. She's unreasonable and forces work on us like we don't have other classes to worry about. She claims to dislike homework yet gives us so much confusing work that we're forced to do it as homework. When one of us have to write an email to her, we ask each other if it's correct. Hell, we're scared if we didn't hit enter enough times! She doesn't even understand tech issues, and she's the tech teacher! She should be grateful for the 1 point I gave her because that's already being generous considering how terrible she is. And I'm sure that any student that has her shares my sentiment. So fellow suffering students who are reading through reviews of her, imagine having her as your homeroom teacher. Yeah, it's closer to hell than lil nas x and that's saying ***.
