The pandemic is on your management pride. Food was absolutely awful. Purchased a $28 bucket original, biscuits hard like rock, cole slaw & mashed potatoes liquidity, mac/cheese greasy and the overall flavor of the chicken cold & stale as if it were leftovers. Nobody expects to pay $29.32, drive home after a long day of work only to end up cooking a ham/cheese omelet for my family. What a waste of my earnings. Fix this unacceptable pandemic at your store.

Ordered medium cajun spice Received “FIRE HOT” to the point I had tears running down my face & Throat was on fire for hours. I called and let them know they made a mistake. The manager offered to remake my order, I went back next day picked up shrimp, corn & potatoes at no charge. Keep in mind I brought back what I couldn’t eat to show them I was being honest! At this point I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to any one. To add insult to injury on top of all the mix Up after checking my online banking, They took it upon themselves to add a $9 tip. My Total was $46.31. I’m Not A Happy Camper..

I love this place, jackson was so kind and helpful with the menu. Great food too. Every time I dine here the customer service is beyond satisfactory and makes me want to come back every time. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!

I don't know who manages this Burger king, but it has issues. Yesterday I was in line for 20 minutes (10:15 - 10:35) before I finally got my breakfast sandwich-ran out of croissant. No problem, but what really disturbed me, was 3 employees outside, 1 vaping a male and 2 females with him, one with redish died hair, and there were 4 cars ahead of me with one person in each car except for one with 2, and 4 cars behind me. What happened to fast thru, shouldn't those employee gone in to help the 1 person, trying to do everything herself. This is not the first time I have seen this. They could clearly see the line of cars, as i could see them, they were in the dumpsters area by the building vaping and hanging out, I realize this may have been a break time, but when you see a line of cars they should have went back in the building, to help the lone employee. This is called customer service!
