I used the drive through on 9/1/2020 at 7:15 AM. I ordered a sandwich NO CHEESE. THE sandwich had cheese!! Mt hot tea was filled to the BRIM. When I picked it up to get out of my car the lid came off and my hand was burned. What is happening with training people these days? They should know where the fill line is on the cups, especially hot drinks. Very, very disappointed and not how I wanted my day to start. I will not go back.

The guy who took our order was rude, every time we go through something is always missing, and everything is always thrown together. It only got a two because the guy at the window was polite. Could have been the same guy, but at least he changed his attitude by the time we got to the window.

The 3 different menu items we requested were unavailable. Rude doesn’t cover the attitude of the person taking the order and the team members at the window. We had 2 drinks, i only received one. i backed up to get the other and nothing was said and it took 2 different people to get it.
