The food was OK but the gal taking my order was a smart ***. At the end of the order she asked me if I wanted anything else, I said NO. Then she asked me if I wanted 2 cookies for some price and I frowned and I might have said, I said No in normal tone. Then she said I’m just following the script. I paid my bill and at the end she quipped up, I’m sorry I was doing my job. I might have left that alone but then she was talking to another customer she might have known and she was complaining to him, loud enough for me to hear, about customers complaining because she was doing her job.

This is probably 1 of the lowest quality restaurants I have dined at n cares little for its reputation or customer satisfaction. We ordered pud Thai w extra extra vegetables, they said ok. I got tons of just white noodles for about $12. No extra vegetables, little pud Thai sauce, wow, bad meal. I contacted Noodles. The mgr called me, I was more than glad to discuss, she said she was sorry n promised a coupon for a free entree. After about a month, nothing. I contacted them again, addressed it directly aimed at Laura, again nothing. The tables are,always dirty When We have gone in there. Enuf, never going back. I see they r rated very low on some other sites, I can see why. Sad, this could be a good place.

I bought oatmeal at the drive thru and they gave me the food with a soda lid that didn’t ft the oatmeal container. They didn’t have spoons. I was given a fork to eat the oatmeal.

When it comes to friendliness, they're #1. Its always a great visit. A lot of the time I order food, its usually wrong but the food is always yummy an warm at least.
