She smiled and greeted me while in line and made me feel wanted in welcomed in her store which is extremely important. Her uniform was neat and sporty and she went above and beyond for my order specifics! It is a rooftop restaurant on the third floor of Eataly Silicon Valley. We ordered the mocktails drinks which taste good. The taste of the main food does not fit us well, the food is too little, and we have to eat some additional pizza at the first floor Eataly one hour later. The macchiato of Terra is good. The price is at the high end.

Service was terrible. Cashier had attitude & was argumentative. I tried pointing out that what they no longer were selling was still on the screen he got very argumentative. Didn't receive all my drink cups and when asked for the cup that was missing he got an attitude with me and tried telling me that I was given the 2 drinks that was on my order when on my receipt I ordered 3 drinks. They got my order wrong. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and received regular ones and didn't realize it til I got home. I ordered a shake and wasn't told the machine was off so I had to get another drink. Worst experience I ever had at this Burger King. ??????

Food was okay. Service is great. I was there 7pm had $1menu. I visited men’s room & there was no soap. I told the cashier & was told they will take care of if. I went back brought my mom for dinner at 930pm. I went used the men’s bathroom & I was not happy that soap was not refilled. I didn’t bother telling the cashier.

The staff were super friendly and nice! They usually always are here. I usually never have a problem at this location but my food really sucked today. My sandwich was okay but kinda stale. My hash brown was hard and cold and I didn’t let it sit or anything after I got it. I also got a cappuccino and it was a little more than halfway full. I paid for a medium. This has happened often, not the food sucking, but my drink being way less than almost full. Anyways, I appreciate the kind smiles and fast service! I may not try again with the coffee though sadly but I’ll likely coming back.
