I really enjoy going to A.D. But this time it was bad,awful, not good. I think you get the point. I wanted a Reuben sandwich.like I have had in the past. But I had wings with it. The sandwich was bad. Nothing like before. The bread was soggy,no sauerkraut,to much sauce, meat crispy. It was bad. . cashier was good. Call a lady from the back. She put on gloves lifted the bread and said it's good. Mean while I tried to tell her this isn't a Reuben. She called another guy from the back. He said it was good. It took everything in me to not tell. The sandwich wasn't good. But. Instead of causing a scene. I left. I should have ask for my money back or continued an argument. I have been there a number of times. But I will NEVER GO BACK. LOST A CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL. Cashiers was good. NEED A NEW COOK.

I called my food in 30 minutes before I came and when I got here I paid and I was waiting for 20 minutes and they had everybody ticket and the man told me that they had forgot to slide my ticket down in order to make my food and I am very disappointed and the cooks wasn’t doing nothing and they had food in the back and she don’t know which is which

Best homemade authentic German food in the southeast ! Serves American and Italian as well. Hands down the best prime rib in town, and if you don't ever try the lazagna , you have truely missed out ! The management team is outstanding & the entire crew there is friendly and attentive. This place hasn't lasted for 45 yrs for nothing, go help yourself and enjoy.
