On Nov. 23,2020 I did a online order for buy 2footlong get one free. This store was no longer doing that so I had them cancel my order. The manager told us that she would give me a refund on Monday. Monday came and went so response went back up there a week later and talked to another manger and the owner and was told that it would be taken care of. Its no almost a month later and its still not taken care of. I talked to the district manager and she was very condescending and VERY RUDE!! Told me that they couldn't give me a refund and that the managers there are not allowed to do refunds!! She refused to give me the owners name and phone number!! This is not the first time we have had a issue with them. The other time we did a online order they took my money and there was no one working!! That time it took me 2 weeks to get my money back!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THEIVES!! The sad part is they are getting away with it!!!

Was traveling north on US 95 and spotted for quick lunch. Took 25 minutes to get food order from time I ordered to receiving food. Didn't stop at any more Mcdonalds for rest of trip.

The Denny’s store (8788) was understaff when I attended on Monday (12-7-2020). However, the manager Reginald Green did an exceptional job going above the call of duty to accommodate the overflow. Cooking, hosting, bussing tables and coordinating the staff movement. Exceptional!! Kudos to Mr. Green.

Taco Bell 029452 Delilah. Is a very good employee and very knowledgeable and courteous she deserves a raise and definitely the opportunity to gain a higher job position/ title within the company! The store was in a very nice clean State. .. bathroom was nice and clean. And comfortable. And I felt very welcome and pleased. With the service I received I'm not sure if Delilah is a manager but it sure seemed like it everyone seemed to enjoy her / working with her and it felt like they all looked to her for guidance and support and everything was perfect my order # was 224 I had a crunchwrap supreme and a beef chalupa add nacho cheese no sour cream it was 2/19/2020 12:51 pm . I came in Sunday night and I received poor customer service when I went through the drive-through there’s no reason why I have to town three times before I get the window and then say it again at the window by the time I get to the window my food should be ready then they barely put any salsa on the tacos and I will never go back to that store again And the store manager Told me if I don’t like it I can go somewhere else

This was the worst I've ever eaten at this restaurant. Arrived at the drive thru at 2:51 for my order th o be messed up got to the part where I was supposed to eat and I had a filet o fish with no tartar sauce and some hard nuggets I brought it back to the store and gave the manager the bag and told what it was supposed to be which was supposed to be the quarter pounder in the nuggets and I don't know if somebody else had the burger before I did it was so burnt the bread was hard McDonald's could have did so much better than what they did it's a disappointment and I had been having a taste for chicken nuggets from McDonald's for the whole week to finally get it in a big disappointment I never do reviews I tried to call the store no one picked up but I'm upset about it

Martina was my sales associate & manager of the Taco Bell restaurant in Woodland. She smiled and greeted me while in line and made me feel wanted in welcomed in her store which is extremely important. Her uniform was neat and sporty and she went above and beyond for my order specifics! Thank you Martina for making me feel welcome visiting the city of Woodland from Davis/San Francisco, CA Sean Thompson
