WATCH OUT!! JUAN RAMONE ARNUAD CASTILLO - Dominican republic lawyer fleeced me for 3000 found on the internet. I wanted to put a down payment on a piece land, a retirement place for my future and he took the money and did nothing. They know you are not going to sue as its a foreign country thought it was close enough to enjoy a few times a year. Be very hesitate giving your money to any foreigner as you may never see it again. Had i investigated I would have known that. Very expensive lesson on my part
Joyce W Lindauer, 1412 Main St, Dallas, TX
Joyce lures you in with a free legal consultation. She proceeds to tell you how you are right and the other side is wrong. She makes it sound so simple to resolve. She gives a low estimate and retainer. Then she takes your money and you don't hear from her. You have to call her constantly to get anything done. If you look at her invoices, she charges you for every call even though you only called because you haven't heard from her. After she screws you out of the first retainer, she sends you a new bill that is twice the size of the first retainer. Once she is paid, she goes silent. And its back to the phone tag game. Shady old POS. 117 S Dallas St, Ennis, TX 75119
Ryan Roberts, Startup Lawyer, Roberts Foster, Southlake, TX
Fired from 8 startups in 2018 due to poorly constructed legal documents and even worse advice. Fired from my startup for screw up after screw up. Incorporation documents were a joke that I had to redo (and pay to have redone). Restricted stock option plan was full of holes and got me in trouble with an investor and an employee. And now I get to deal with the Securities Board and Comptroller thanks to Ryan's infamous advice. Ask around before working with Ryan Roberts. Ask Alexander Muse at Sumo Ventures. The board at ShopSavvy. Lawyers at Vela Wood. Anyone at Bue Star Ventures. The list is long my friend.
