Memory Care Nurse, Provident Village at Creekside, Smyrna, GA

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I was hired to work days. The Wellness Director asked mr to help out and work nights; that was in July. I told the Director of Operations and the Wellness Director that I suffer from sleep disorders and night shift would be detrimental to my heaith. They don't understand my condition and they don't care able my well being. As July near the end I was told I would be place on days. It's October and I am still working nights. I had my doctor complete a ADA Accommodation form for sleep apnea and narcolapse. Human Resouces still denied me. If I could rate them zero I would.

Flight Nurse, Medway Air Ambulance, Lawrenceville, GA

Rating: 2 out of 5.

I know all companies are there to make a profit, but this company goes overboard. The company is run by commissioned sales people who don't know, or care, about how employees are treated. Employees have to work extremely long hours to boost commissions and save on motel expenses. The office environment is negative and threatening. Pay and benefits are sub-par for medical personnel.

Store clerk, Meijers, Ionia, MI

They are always under staffed. There should be 2 employees per department if they are going to only have part time employees. They care about the customers but not the employees.

Hair stylist, Ulta, The woodlands, TX

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This is the worst place you could ever work. If sammie is still the salon manager do not work here. Maybe, if she isn’t. Sammie is satan. She does not know how to run a salon whatsoever and will sabatoge you for fun. She is miserable with herself and takes it out on everyone. No one in this ulta is professional at all and don’t know what they’re doing. At one point sammie and another manager almost fist fought in the middle of the store during open hours. They treat you like absolute garbage. And give you 15 minute breaks on 8 hour shifts and don’t allow you to sit. This ulta needs to be shut. Down.

Oil tech, Jiffy lube, Boynton Beach, FL

Honestly if you like cheap bosses who love to screw over you and customers, this is the job! The manager at 1620 south congress ave in boynton beach knows nothing about cars but got his manager title by selling people on stuff his boss told him to sell such as air filters and other stuff. I was there for four years and didnt get once raise but they dont have an issue hiring some kid off the street who knows nothing about cars and pay him more then the person actually doing the work all because he can sell overpriced services to little old ladies!

If you don't mind working 9:00-7:00 most days, then you're fine. If you don't feel a need to be appreciated or respected for what you do, you'll be ok too. I promise, there is no work/life balance. I was with the company for over 3 yrs. Grueling! I finally decided that life was too short to be at a job that I felt I was going to die at. As for the positive... The clients are awesome and the work is fulfilling as helping people is my passion. I've often said, "I love what I do but I hate who I do it for."
