Quite possibly the rudest most unprofessional staff in any hotel in America. Yes, it is that bad. My room was a mess when I checked in. They acted like they were doing me a favor by picking up a few things. I had to call 4 times to get them to bring towels and soap. And on day 2, when they cleaned my room they went through my luggage and left my door slightly open, which means it wasn't locked. Who knows what could have happened. They should be more sensitive to hygiene and security these days...I'm a woman with an immune deficiency.

Horrible service, Anti American manager. I can only assume because I wore my Marine jacket that he started complaining about America. Then took an additional $150 out of my account after I left saying the room smelled like smoke although I have never smoked in my life

Our a.c. doesn't work. The front desk attendant is still in training and is here alone. Will be at stay at another best western

The room is clean, but the guy at the front desk is so rude!
