9 different warranty claims in the first 3 months of new home ownership. Everything is failing from central heat to roof leaks. Their builder, contractors, and warranty people are either illegal aliens or meth heads from the local trailer park.

Foundation problems!!! Who builds a house this size (5400 ft) without cement piers? Drees Homes does. Their warranty department's job is to lie to you as they stall for time waiting for you to give up.

What a great set of plans and designs to choose from! Moving from CA to TX is probably the best decision we have ever made. Not only are the homes 1/3 the price, they are 2x better in every regard. Not to mention that builders here, like Grand Homes, offers tens of thousands in complimentary upgrades and their service is spectacular. They actually speak english and their designs are modern American...not Mexican American 1980s which is what you get in CA.

I am not at all impressed with their work. I saw one of their new homes. Dry wall finish and paint looks worse than a DIY. Cheap vinyl windows and garage doors. They must really like particle board cause they built the cabinets, shelves, and doors out of it. Don't even get me talking about the gaps in the floors. Ugh. Terrible builder.

Get ready to be screwed. This is some kind of franchise but based on what Ive read online, all of their locations across the US *** and are tied up in a lot of lawsuits. This location in Wichita is in a strip mall and everyone that works there is nice but doesn't know a single thing about construction or building a home. The designs are something my kid could do on his ipad. My consultant appeared to be on drugs most times we met. It took 6 months to get the first contractor to even look at my property and plans. I don't recommend Ubuildit to anyone, not even my ex-wife's motherinlaw.
