The Physicians, Dr. Keith Raziano, Sandy Springs, GA

Rating: 5 out of 5.

I have been seeing Dr Raziano for many years now. When he opened a new office 80 miles from my home, I followed him. That is how highly I think of him. He takes his time to listen, he feels your pain and seems to understand how hard it is to explain how complex it can be. I have the utmost respect for him and receive the same respect in return. I cannot say enough to compliment his office staff as well. As they say, it starts at the top. Expect the best of care here and not just a doctor trying to see how much more money he can make in the least amount of time.

Had cataract surgery with Dr. Sackel. He is very personable. The surgery was a HUGE success. I have 20/20 in one eye and 20/25 in the other. It was truly a painless procedure. I would highly recommend him. He is with Thomas Eye Group

Dr (Kristappa) Sangavaram, 303 Molnar Drive, Elmwood Park, NJ, 07407

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Dr Kristappa Sangavaram, MD double charged me $1,000. He charged me and my medical insurance company for the same injection of a steroid. Sometimes he uses the last name "Sangdidram", other times he uses the last name "Sangavarian" and other times he uses the last name "Sangavaram". He told me not to tell the other anesthesiologists but I did and I told the insurance company. Even his ex-partner told me "I know what Dr Sangavaram did to you...I know the story" and that's why he was told to leave and he had to go to a smaller place and he makes less money thanks to me because I told everyone. I spoke to him and he didn't know I told on him and he started trash talking his previous partners. In a way I won because he ended up earning much less money because I told everybody. Always report when physicians do that to you- it happens all the time and never pay a medical bill in this country because all those bills are fraudulent. I know because I worked in the medical field. Don't go to Dr Kristappa Sangavaram because besides that he doesn't do anything that will help you. He's strictly just works with botox and steroid blockers. He will try to shame you if you take pain meds. He calls your family members and gossips to your family members about you before he bills you. Remember: Always report these doctors to every appropriate agency and always name and shame them. This happens all the time in the United States. Only in 11 US states is it not permitted for a physician to over-bill you. In all the other 39 US states they are allowed but you must not pay it. I told you I worked in the medical field in this country.

Dr Lauri Conroy, 4014 River Rd 48054 United States, East China, MI

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Lacks knowledge needs to "check the book" who uses books? More importantly I had a fractured pelvis in two places and she had the X-ray results. I had suffered a fall and she couldn't see me but ordered X-ray at hospital. Not only did she NOT call me with the results, she made me wait all day in pain until I called her for them. Then she misread the results initially, only to call me back a moment later. When I requested something for the pain her response was "well, the office is about to close so you will have to wait until tomorrow "! Really?! The office was open for another 15 minutes and it was her fault I had waited in pain all day to begin with and now she was going to make me wait all night too! Because she was going to be going home! How about doing your job? How about getting the prescription to me another way?? Some caring physician, NOT!!! This is not the first instance in which she did not do her job! Another time I called needing to be seen for a respiratory illness and was told she had no appointments, I requested at least a prescription for a chest X-ray, which when I went to the office to pick it up she was leaving a couple hours early for the day. The office which has set hours of operation and six physicians, she just left uncovered...way to care for your patients...most people find coverage!

keith raskin, 317 east 34 st, new york, NY

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Raskin is the One!! last feb,. my then 14 year-old boy started to have pain in his right wrist, with no obvious injury, and with rest, pain med, he did not get any better but worse. after second mri in july, he was diagnosed with kienbock's disease and was put in cast. we were graciously recommended by our dr. to look for a more experienced surgeon for this condition. so from then and there, my family started a very long, hard and draining journey for a trustworthy surgeon to operate on my son for this rare but serious condition, esp. in a teenager. we covered pretty much all the renowned pediatric orthopedic facility on the east coast, including boston children's hospital, children's hospital of philadelphia, hss in nyc, and met with top pediatric orthopedics. unfortunately, each dr. had his own understanding of the condition and no two came up with the same surgery plan and none sounded even close to being assuring for his own plan. at one point we were told to go back and wait till the condition got worse enough for the very aggressive surgery at the next level. meanwhile my son, a very athletic kid and a competitive baseball player, was wearing the case from elbow down ( from the diagnosis in july till surgery in dec). frustration, exhaustion, desperation, helplessness, financial burden, missing school....all that doesnot even begin to describe what we went through.... untill in nov., right before thanksgiving, i was sitting in front of my computer, having exhausted all resources and feeling desperate, not knowing where to go next, when i got a phone call from dr. raskin's office that changed everything!! in no time, i found myself sitting with my son and dr. raskin in his office, settling down on his least aggressive, most assuring and convincing surgery plan with best postoperative prospect. dr. raskin, is god-sent!! he is very kind, patient, personable, understanding, warm. his office feels like a living room at a friend's house, very relaxing and welcoming. his assistant and staffs are very patient and attentive. above all this, dr. raskin is proved to be and stays as an experienced, top-notch surgeon in his field. in april this year, four months after the surgery, my son was cleared for sports and nowadays, he is pitching and in-fielding for baseball and dunking on basketball court. my family cant never thank dr. raskin enough!! we recommend him highly and without any reservation.

Keith Meetze, 140 Gateway Blvd, Mooresville, NC

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Keith Metze who is an Ears, Nose and Throat Specialist recently performed a skin cancer removal surgery on my left ear. I had previously had Muse surgery on my right ear and had a bad experience so I had experience with this type surgery being performed. Dr. Meetze was excellent. He stepped me through what would be taking place during my surgery and the options that might occur based on the extent of the skin removal. He first made sure I was properly numbed for the procedure then he did the procedure and sent it immediately to the pathologist to see if anymore skin would need to be removed. It turned out that he had to continue with removal of more skin but he explained and made a sketch of what he would be doing next. He did the remaining removal and it tested out fine. He did an amazing job of doing an under stitching on the area and then pulled the top skin together to close the exposed area and applied a top set of stitches. His nurse Diana went over all steps I needed to do to properly clean and care for my ear until I return to have the stitches removed one week latter. I return in two days to have the stitches removed but everything is healing nicely and I think any scaring will be minimal due to his expertise. I would highly recommend Dr. Meetze for any procedure he is very skilled and professional.

Keith Seidenstricker, Bakersfield, CA

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Called due to abnormal lab results. I was worked in but DR's nurse told me to come at 10am. I arrived at 9:45. The time I was scheduled for was 11:00 am. I'm sick and tired of being told to come extra early for no reason. It's now 11:15 and I'm still waiting. Poor organization.

Keith Mulki, 1890 Silver Cross Blvd., New Lenox, IL, 60451

Rating: 2 out of 5.

Dr. Mulki is a very competent doctor. His office/billing staff is HORRENDOUS, so I cannot recommend his practice. More than a YEAR after I started treatment for a Workman's Comp case, I was told they had NO IDEA it was Workman's Comp, so it was all MY responsibility and it was going into collections. I had responded to ALL bills with the COMPETE workman's compensation paperwork, made special visits to the Dr's office to give them updated codes and so forth, and they (suddenly!) said I had never done ANY of that. Thankfully I work for a government agency, so I can pass this onto them and they WILL sort it out, but I'd steer clear of this office until enough reviews show that they've gotten their act together!

cassandra reynolds, CO

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Balance billing is unethical and Dr. Reynolds should be ashamed of what she is doing to her patients and we are shocked that reputable hospitals would allow this. Essentially, her next patient is most likely the next defendant in her NUMEROUS litigations. This surgeon takes ER call at in-network facilities, but refuses to accept ANY insurance, therefore, if she is on call and someone needs an emergency procedure, once they are unconscious, she will "fix" them, but then she will sue them. Her very own lawyer told us in mediation, "Just because she shouldn't, doesn't mean she can't." Her lawyer also stated that she does balance billing because she is unhappy with insurance reimbursement rates and chooses not to accept any insurance. Until the law changes, this is the best way for her to maximize her earnings. When you look her up online, it clearly shows that she does not accept any insurance. Also, look up the Denver 9News series, Lien on Me. She has over 170 liens on her patients' properties. From now on, we will be sure to hang a sign around our necks refusing services from her or any other surgeon who balance bills their patients. There is a reason it is being outlawed around the country and I would hope that hospitals would re-consider employing physicians who balance bill your patients. We did our due diligence by paying for the highest tier PPO that my husband's company offers and, instead, spent thousands of dollars out of pocket on this doctor's unscrupulous practices.
