This Orthopedic doctor is absolutely outstanding. I had fallen and had a spiral fracture to my femur on the same leg as a full knee replacement. He saved me from the most excruciating pain I have ever had. He scheduled my surgery immediately and I knew I was in good hands when every nurse, assistant, and anesthesiologist said that he was the best and they would have him do their surgery if they ever needed it done. I can not thank him enough for all he has done for me. Good bedside manner...very nice personality. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

I rate him a 2 because he makes his money on giving people injections. I have a hernated disc, spinal stenosis pain numbness and tingling in both of my legs and feet and refuses to recommend surgery. He is a terrible doctor. No empthy for his patients. Stay away.

Do yourself a favor and do not subject yourself to the abuse that Dr. Eugene Lipov-Anistisiology . dishes out. All patients should be treated with dignity and respect. Even after my wife and I talked about her not getting a tetanus shot the doctor pressured her and made her fearful to not get the shot. No doctor should put pressure on a person to get a vaccination if they don't want it especially someone who doesn't work around children or not planning on having a baby. Very unprofessional
