Benjamin G Thomassen, 1053 Medical Center Drive suite 101, Orange City, FL, 32763

Rating: 2 out of 5.

I felt like I was being milked. Multiple appointments that resulted in little more than being seen for less than 10min and multiple cast! Negative attitude of the physician. He acted as if I had something contagious that he could catch. The bill is outrageous and every time I asked how much office visits were everyone said oh we don't know that!

Maahir Haque, MD, 410 Celebration Place, Suite 106, Celebration, FL, 34747

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. Maahir Haque at Celebration Orthopaedic and Sports Injury is a rare find. After five years and several surgeries elsewhere, Dr. Haque took on my complicated case and actually cured my pain! He listened carefully to me, answered all of my questions and put me at ease from the start. His expertise and skill in minimally invasive back surgery are a Godsend because I woke up from surgery and literally, the pain was gone. I couldn’t believe it, but I’ve never felt better. His Physician Assistant, Amere, was a delight to work with and answered any additional questions or concerns. His Nurse, sweet “Ari” (Arrixarell,) was on top of everything and kept me informed each step of the way. Dr. Haque and his team are so professional and personable, I honestly felt like their only patient and I would highly recommend them and Celebration Ortho. to anyone who needs surgery for back and related pain. They offer the real solution and my family and I are truly grateful.

Norman Palmeri, Orthopeadic, US 1, Port St. Lucie, FL

Rating: 1 out of 5.

My orthopeadic MD. The most unprofessional Dr. I have ever used. He fired my wife and I as patients. He didn't like the idea that I went for a second opinion on Shoulder Replacement surgery. He was livid when finding out I chose a much more experienced orthopeadic MD who specializes in shoulder surgery. He told me he was going to tell my primary who recommended the specialist to F-OFF. He then told my wife (who is also a patient of his) that he doesn't want us as patients any more and goodbye.

I have been trying to figure out my diabetes for years. At first, I believed she was a great doctor, but as I'm wanting different options, I'm starting to doubt her. What she says in person versus what she writes in clinical notes don't match. She doesn't accurately portray my desires and concerns in her notes either, which makes me seem like a stupid, uneducated patient. She writes that she suggested a treatment but never mentioned said treatment to me verbally. She failed to list reasons for requesting medication changes. It feels like a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde situation. I've considered recording conversations so that future doctors will know the truth versus what's in my records. I have messaged her and her supervising MD regarding my concerns. If they are addressed properly, I will gladly change my rating and review. If not, I will be finding a new primary care doctor for both my daughter and I.
