Not only was he rude and childish when I paid cash and was very polite when I requested that he repair his previous work. In retaliation he has caused me to not only have to pay another dentist to correct his shoddy workmanship but I have also lost my front tooth. Beware of dentists that are almost 100 years old working on something as precious as your mouth. You only have one.

I have been a patient at Eastern Dental for several years, and have had procedures ranging from normal maintenance, crowns, an implant and braces. The experience has been totally positive, and Dr Hoffmaster and Dr Wei are perfectionists who pay great attention to detail. The support staff is very professional, helpful and courteous. Both the dentist and the staff are exceptional. I had to have a crown (my 5th). This was, by far, the best experience for having that done. I did not feel like I was drowning; the crown was completed in one visit; extra attention was given to not causing pain; the novocaine was given painlessly and precisely--I wasn't sure I even had any and did not feel like half my face was dead, but it worked perfectly; all my questions were answered thoroughly.

At this office, it really doesn't matter if the dentist is good or not - the office manager and billing practices are so horrible it will make your run screaming! They don't know how to bill insurance correctly, then blame the insurance company. They never send you a bill and then send you nasty messages saying you didn't pay the non-existent bill, then they send your account to a collection agency. It took them over 14 months to send me a bill - even though I was in the office during that period and asked if I owed them and could I pay - I was told no. It's just not worth it - there are probably hundreds of good dentists in this area, so find one whose office management isn't scary than multiple root canals!! :o

Got in on an emergency toothache in hours. Good prices and laid out all my options. Absolutley apinless on a mola extraction. Whole staff very friendly.
