I had only good things to say about this place(these people) until today! I was left waiting two hours for a small adjustment to my dentures. Needless to say I left without getting the adjustment! If you've already paid them, they don't care if you are comfortable or not! Hell I came home and adjusted them myself with the dremel in about 5 minutes! Two hours!

Dr. Carroll dropped the ball and cost me $1000 to fix at another dentist and this barely saved my teeth. Same thing for a friend that I recommened him to see Dr. Carroll. He made a partial that is wrong and he had to spend $500 at another dentist to make another. Preventive is not his fortay not to mention the money we wasted

Money hungry and greedy. She doesn't pay her staff for travel to Barrow once a month all year. She doesn't pay for any medical or dental. She also does unnecessary work and her billing is also questionable. She is a POWER hungry lesbian who doesn't care about her staff or clients who owe her money. I have seen first hand that she treats patients who owe her money badly and treats the people who have insurance and money better. I have also seen her bill out for a $500.00 extraction when in fact, it was an easy extraction and should of been billed out at just over $100.00 and YES, the insurance company did want verification why it was billed out at the more expensive rate. I would never in a million years go have treatment done by this woman.

This is a wonderful Place!! I was a new patient transferring from another Aspen Dental Clinic. When I got there, everything was ready to go. I had extensive dental work done, and the hygienist was very kind, patient and caring! I wasn't nearly as nervous as I usually am. Please choose Aspen Dental on 1st Ave as your new dental home!

She is a terrible dentists. DEMANDS $220.00 just to come to her office. ALLOWS STAFF TO TALK BACK TO patients. Refuses to give treatment plan. MCGYVERS teeth. Sal of her dental work has failed . Refused to uphold legal contractual agreements and has no concept of patient doctor confidentiality. Breaks HIPPAS LAWS AND DOESN'T EVEN CARE. '

The place will rip you off. Overcharges you and your insurance while providing substandard dental services. They cleaned my teeth and broke 4 of the bottom front. Then they said it was normal and if I wanted them repaired I had to pay $550 more. Having broken front teeth was not an option. I went there for a filling that came out. Over $1500 of my money, not counting my insurance, I was then able to escape. They will make money on you when they cause damage to your tteeth.Go to Smiles Dentistry just around the corner.

The only reason I gave them one instead of a zero was that the staff was fairly friendly. But in a coal clinical type friendly. I made an appointment for tooth pain. I was told they would not do the filling for me or even give me a temporary because I couldn’t do an $850 cleaning first. So I was sent home after x-rays and examination with nothing done. I called back to complain what I thought was there on corporate of I called back to complain what I thought Was the corporate office. And it turned out I was talking to the same girl at the same office. Which told me she did not have time to hear my complaints. Even though I had told them when I made the appointment when I arrived and put on the paper that I was there for tooth pain. She became angry and told me that she would override the cleaning i was the corporate office. And it turned out I was talking to the same girl at the same office. Beware of Dr. Howard M Chasolen's Dental practice in Sarasota Fl. I went to him two years ago to have an upper dental screw in bridge unit made to connect to the wonderful implants and bone graft work that was done by Dr. Craig M Mish and his superb faculty of Sarasota fl. However, Dr Chasolen dramatically failed to the task of making what he had agreed to make and his promise that he could do it for the sum of $38,190.00 that was paid long before the work was ever sent out to a California discount dental lab. The lab failed to perform on over 10 attempts to make the unit functional and aesthetically appealing, as it was sent back and forth Approx. 15 times, 10 for the same corrections and 5 reg. times for the preliminary work. Dr. Chasolen and I agreed to do an entire new dental plan of a less costly glue in unit but for the same cost of the screw in unit, with a new local lab in Sarasota FL. I agreed to this to get the long and tedious nightmare over with, as I traveled 2500 miles and over 25 visits to Dr. Chasolen's office. But again, the so called new dental plan never took place as discussed on 3-14-18. Nor did I get a call back for an emergency call that I placed to Dr. Chasolen for the temp. unit that was falling out while talking and eating, and after over three days of waiting for a call back, I then had no choice but to go to a new dentist and paid a new fee of $27,000.00 for a new dental plan and a glue in unit ($11,000.00 cheaper than Dr. Chasolen's price. No charges were made to Dr. Chasolen for the failed unit that was cancelled and sent back to the California lab, but Dr. Chasolen thought it would be fair for him to keep all the money that I paid him, and he offered me a mere $7,500.00 refund from my $38,190.00 that I already gave to him plus my new expense of $27,000.00 so my total cost is now $65,5190.00. When I went to Dr. Chasolen for my dental plan I recently had a $7,000.00 new implant that was chipped by him while trying to remove the temp. bridge and also for the issue that the lab could not match it, so Dr Chasolen charged me $3,000.00 to remove the chipped crown. Now the new dentist charged me $2,200.00 to add that back into the new unit, I also paid $550.00 twice for a guide that was lost in Dr. Chasolen's possession

Dr. Alex did some work on my teeth. My bridges fell out. You call his office, they would give you the run around. Finally had to sue him in small claims court and won $10,075.00. This was in Sept 27, 2017. He still refuses to pay me. Worst dentist I have ever seen. Still wandering how he got a Dental License.
