This guy is completely incompetent as a security manager, if you want to hack a company, hack Baker and McKenzie as long as he is their security manager. He also can't manage his emotions and complains like a immature adolescent.

Jon Goldberg has an amazing memory and is a wealth of information for most anything technical. He has been involved in a host of projects, startups, and leadership positions. So here is the problem. Jon also has one of the most well developed narcissistic personality disorder. His ego in working with a vendor to strong are a better price resulted in actually doubling the cost of the product form $30k per year to over $60k per year. When confronted with the issue he managed to lie and talk his way out of it by throwing his team under the bus.

He cares so much about everyone other than himself, makes sure the projected estimates are always met, and is always supportive during frustrating times.
