Rating: 1 out of 5.

Left me on the side of the road on a dark alley less than 2 mins getting into car while he was screaming *** you while telling me to "Google bad uber drivers " and trying to scare me. Very scary and unprofessional.

My visit was fine. Hardly a line. Service once at the counter was quick and easy. Transaction was also quick. The soda area was clean. Waited less than 5 mins for my order. I liked that the lady checked the receipt with what was in the bag. Good experience at this location.

Cheddar's Casual Cafe, 925 State Rd 7, Wellington, FL, 33414

Rating: 2 out of 5.

Check #3211, Table 14/1 Server 199 Ashley C date 2/22/2020. Wait for table 1/2 hr(that was fine), seated & waited approx 6 mins for server to take drink order (3 adults, 3 children, 6 & 10), another 5 or 6 mins for drinks to be served, 10 mins before taking order, 40 mins before salads served & another 10 - 12 mins for entrees, Drinks not refilled & no silverware on table, had to go looking for it. When finished meal, which was hot & ok except steak was a little tough. Had to go & find manager to get the bill to pay. We did say something about the service to the manager & she did compensate part of the bill. But the server never came back to our table the manager worked with us. Unfortunately, this was our 2nd bad experience with Cheddar's recently, previously we had enjoy so wanted to give Cheddar's another chance. I do have to say that it is most likely we will not return. Mc Donalds, 5613 se 82nd, portland, 97266

Rating: 1 out of 5.

The experience I had with some restaurant employees was really terrible. Breakfast is supposed to start serving at 4 but I went to pick up an order at 3:30 and they refused to serve it.When I asked the boy why? If breakfast starts at 4, one girl aswer me very rude and disrespectful, YELLING that I had to move and cancel the order (I'm Uber) I told her to calm down, stop yelling me, those weren't manners to talk to a costumer, and I asked her for a complaint form. She told me go to window. After waiting for almost half an hour, another girl came out and gave me Uber cancellation number. I asked for the claim sheet and she told me they didn't have it, she turned her back on me and left. When I asked for the manager, a Latin Lady told me that it was her, I asked her for her employee id and she told that she didn't have one, the manager wasn't there. Another Latin boy replied "the manager had more important things to do than take care of you ". And finally a very young looking american white boy (or girl) came out without id, saying that it was named Mikey, who was the manager, and could not give me the name of the disrespectful employee, He / she TREATED ME TERRIBLE, and asked me to leave ...

David Jarosz, 100 commercial dr, Keystone Heights, FL, 32656

Rating: 5 out of 5.

Dr. David Jarosz is the best dr I’ve had in over ten years, he’s intuitive to my needs and acts quickly to establish a comprehensive treatment plan , I immediately received my medications that have already garnered positive results. Every visit is a new positive was short to the point informative even in my weakened delirious state of being this morning Friday the 31st 2020. This man deserves more credit than he may or may not be experiencing. I don’t know what goes on in the medical felid as far as recognition goes but he deserves a raise and recognition none the less. I enjoyed every visit with dr. David Jarosz. And furthermore I wish more mds were of his stature in this field of work. He tested diligently for me to make sure everything was in order . I cannot currently think of an better doctor and hope to continue to see this wonderful man. I don’t like these new general practitioner millennial doctors who don’t understand people and they’re ailments to a point where false transcripts are slipping through the crack so to speak and leaving patients in confused roadblock state of mind just for addressing they’re health concerns. Dr. David Jarosz does not make this mistake . From here to shands Jacksonville to Flagler health a”100 mile radius by the way” I’ve never seen a doctor look me in the eyes and diligently work towards a solution for a patient in need. Maybe he’s one of the last in a dying breed to actually give a dam about his patient clientele base.

Dr. Alejandro G. Tapia, 10301 hagen ranch road, boynton beach, FL

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Blatant Disregard Nov 6, 2018 I have never in all my 37 1/2 years of constant pain have I ever been treated so poorly with such cold blatant disregard. He said he would help he had no intention of helping. Far more interested in getting me there for 3 appointments and collect his fees he prescribed the incorrect amount of medication that I have been taking this is a reduced dose that is matter of record and can be verified. Dr Tapia is self center I think the term is self verified. He was far more interested in implanting a pain device, at a high fee I would guess. Upon learning that I have hypersensitive nerve endings I could not use his device he did not prescribe the remaining amount in a partial script as promised. He made me wait 5 days dodging my calls leaving me on hold for 39 minutes disconnected the call, I called back a 15 minute return call was I promised they would return my call after talking to the doctor they never returned the call. I asked if he was not going to prescribe as promised please tell me now, 2 calls later the office finally admitted he was not going to prescribe as promised on Oct 24, now on Nov 6th after 5 days of calling and waiting they could have told me sooner I could have seen another doctor in that time and not run out of medication. I did get appointment in 3 days with a new doctor but I'm out of medication upset in more pain from this experience. 9 back surgeries both hips replaced, my knee was damaged with hip replacement, shoulder pain and more. This man could care less how much pain I am in, He never examined me didn't even look. The office twisted my words as if this was my fault that I didn't understand I'm not foolish. I have been an uber ride and have raved about the convenience and price until recently. Recently my trips are being update and I have been up charged from my quoted price. From now on I will screen shot all trips. That is fraud if they are changing more than their upfront price quotes. If they are doing this to me, then how many others are they taking advantage of. I will seek legal action is I say be careful

Howard M Chasolen, sarasota, FL

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Beware of Dr. Howard M Chasolen's Dental practice in Sarasota Fl. I went to him two years ago to have an upper dental screw in bridge unit made to connect to the wonderful implants and bone graft work that was done by Dr. Craig M Mish and his superb faculty of Sarasota fl. However, Dr Chasolen dramatically failed to the task of making what he had agreed to make and his promise that he could do it for the sum of $38,190.00 that was paid long before the work was ever sent out to a California discount dental lab. The lab failed to perform on over 10 attempts to make the unit functional and aesthetically appealing, as it was sent back and forth Approx. 15 times, 10 for the same corrections and 5 reg. times for the preliminary work. Dr. Chasolen and I agreed to do an entire new dental plan of a less costly glue in unit but for the same cost of the screw in unit, with a new local lab in Sarasota FL. I agreed to this to get the long and tedious nightmare over with, as I traveled 2500 miles and over 25 visits to Dr. Chasolen's office. But again, the so called new dental plan never took place as discussed on 3-14-18. Nor did I get a call back for an emergency call that I placed to Dr. Chasolen for the temp. unit that was falling out while talking and eating, and after over three days of waiting for a call back, I then had no choice but to go to a new dentist and paid a new fee of $27,000.00 for a new dental plan and a glue in unit ($11,000.00 cheaper than Dr. Chasolen's price. No charges were made to Dr. Chasolen for the failed unit that was cancelled and sent back to the California lab, but Dr. Chasolen thought it would be fair for him to keep all the money that I paid him, and he offered me a mere $7,500.00 refund from my $38,190.00 that I already gave to him plus my new expense of $27,000.00 so my total cost is now $65,5190.00. When I went to Dr. Chasolen for my dental plan I recently had a $7,000.00 new implant that was chipped by him while trying to remove the temp. bridge and also for the issue that the lab could not match it, so Dr Chasolen charged me $3,000.00 to remove the chipped crown. Now the new dentist charged me $2,200.00 to add that back into the new unit, I also paid $550.00 twice for a guide that was lost in Dr. Chasolen's possession

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I want to people to know what my boss was like. He fired me without an explanation on why. As I ask for an unemployment letter he said he was willing to give me it but as I look he’s writing all My mistakes I’ve done in the very beginning of working with him. I’ve been there for almost 3 years. He has another employee in the room as a “witness” but she was never hired during the times. As I’m in his office I ask him what’s the actual reason for firing me but doesn’t really have an answer for it. Instead he just shows me the letter he’s writing and of course it has my mistakes I’ve done from like 1year ago. He got very close to employees and would treat one better than the other because I know from experience. I got fired for the mistakes I’ve done when still today they are being done by present coworkers.
