It’s to complicated. All I wanted was a ride and the app asked to many questions about the type of car I wanted , then it asked if I wanted to walk somewhere to save some money. So I took a cab. This was my first time trying to use Uber.

John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, Washington

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Another Lenka Stankova hurting the war fighters. John Windom, 64, a retired Navy officer, was charged with making false statements, concealment of material facts and falsification of a record or document tied to a failure to report more than $15,000 in cash, casino chips and other gifts from contractors. The Justice Department announced the charges on Wednesday, accusing him of “accepting, and sometimes demanding, extravagant gifts from a group of contractors and subcontractors who worked on the project he was overseeing.” As the indictment notes, Windom was aware of the rules regarding reporting gifts and receipts, per training for officials. “An indictment is merely an allegation. All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law,” the Justice Department said in its release. In 2018, the 10-year contract was awarded to Cerner (now known as Oracle Health after Oracle acquired it). Windom was appointed as Executive Director of the Office of Electronic Record Modernization in 2017 and helped supervise the VA’s choice of Cerner for the contract. According to the grand jury indictment against him, Windom used his position to take money and gifts from a group of business executives from information technology and consulting companies who were contractors on the project. According to the indictment, Windom allegedly called them “the Power Group.” Windom used his role to “encourage, monitor, and facilitate contract and subcontracting opportunities for members of the Power Group, related and unrelated to the EHRM project.” Windom was allegedly given payment in everything from cash, to $8,200 in Louis Vuitton gift cards and $1,800 in casino chips. He was also given a High Efficiency Particulate Air, or HEPA, filter worth $631. The indictment also accuses Windom of using his position to “coerce” payments and gifts from others. Per the indictment, Windom “repeatedly reminded Power Group members to remain loyal and directed them to maintain confidentiality and their relationship with him.” In one message at the start of 2020, Windom messaged Power Group members, telling them that “loose lips sink ships.” Windom’s initial contract was extended, and in 2022 he was reassigned to serve as deputy director of the Federal electronic Health Modernization Office, a joint VA and Department of Defense project. Nine years after the modernization effort started, the Electronic Health Record program is used by only a handful of VA sites, with the program hit by glitches and usability issues. The VA paused the program in 2023, but is expected to roll out at several sites this year. Windom faces a maximum sentence of over 20 years in prison if convicted on all counts. Way over-priced! And customer service will do nothing to help me out here. Driver was so sick, sneezing and blowing her nose, and playing a loud type of music that I didn't care for Another rider was picked up and taken to his destination directly, though I was picked up first, requiring an extra 20 minutes, and we went right by my block after dropping him off Terrible, and no effort on Uber's part to gix

giannis Italian Bistro, 3720 Washington Blvd, Halethorp, MD

Rating: 1 out of 5.

I am an occasional customer of Gianni’s, and quite frankly have never been very satisfied with the restaurant, but they are relatively close for work. The last time I went to the restaurant was an extremely bad experience and will be my last time to visit. The service was terrible, when I finally received a menu from one of the three waitresses the menu was covered with oil or some other disgusting filth. I went to the restroom to wash my hands and the restroom was disgusting. I was with my wife and we did order lunch, she ordered the soup and salad combo and me the cheese steak sandwich. Her soup arrived first, then her salad. She was actually finished her meal when I asked for the check and to remove the sandwich that never arrived. The waitress said in an impolite tone said that I had ordered it and to take it with me when it arrives. The rest of the conversation went further downhill. Needless to say I will not visit Gianni’s again, and do not recommend the restaurant as the food is not good, the cleanliness is not good and the service is the worst I have ever seen, (second to none).

Was a great teacher, really made me happy to come to class everyday. He was a friend to the students and everyone loved him. But when it comes to being a good person I would give him a one. He was a pedophile and had a relationship with a student starting at the age of 13. Thanks Jason.

Elisa Carroll, san antonio, TX

Rating: 1 out of 5.

My water broke 2 weeks early late night and my doctor was out of town. I was assigned he on call doctor, Elisa Carroll and what a nightmare!!!I would not recommend Elisa Carroll to my worst enemy. I had the worst experience with my first pregnancy. Dr. Carroll was visibly annoyed at the amount of time my delivery was taking. She stated that delivery was going to take a very long time and walked out the door and ordered the nurse to “only call me when she’s ready.” She came back in about an hour later or so with the tools and a young man whom she claimed was a resident who was going to observe the procedure...to which I asked “what procedure??” she then explained that he was there to monitor the use of forceps to speed up the delivery. I again told her I didn’t want to use any tools and that I didn’t agree to a resident student to watch. She walked out eyes rolling. The nurses walker over and patted my shoulders in support and said “you’re doing the right thing don’t let anyone force you into something you aren’t comfortable with”. Thank god for the supportive delivery nurses or i would’ve lost it. Long story short I delivered an unremarkable birth, no problems, thank god! Dr. Carroll pulled a mirror and insisted I watched as she sewed me up after delivery. She then told me that I developed hemorrhoids due to the prolonged pushing. I asked the post care nurse about the hemorrhoids and there were none. I am blessed my child came out perfectly without
