It’s to complicated. All I wanted was a ride and the app asked to many questions about the type of car I wanted , then it asked if I wanted to walk somewhere to save some money. So I took a cab. This was my first time trying to use Uber.

Way over-priced! And customer service will do nothing to help me out here. Driver was so sick, sneezing and blowing her nose, and playing a loud type of music that I didn't care for Another rider was picked up and taken to his destination directly, though I was picked up first, requiring an extra 20 minutes, and we went right by my block after dropping him off Terrible, and no effort on Uber's part to gix

last Uber ride in Paris....We got ripped off badly..After telling us it will be $35.00 we got charged for $74.72..Plus we have no way of calling to complain..Bye Bye Uber :-(

He was great--th time allotted to riders for ratING DRIVERS ON phOnes is TOO SHORT--NEED AT LEAST 24 HRS. AFTER RIDE COMPLETION. ALSO, NEED A PREVIEW BEFORE SUBMITING.....
