She’s really bad
Chili’s #1311, 4611 High Point Blvd., Harrisburg, PA, 17111
I would rate it a 0 if that was an option. This is the second time I have had the same waitress and the second time she should have been fired. I don’t know her name as she doesn’t introduce herself. I will refer to her as the girl with the terrible attitude and too much fishing tackle in her face. She didn’t know what craft brews were on tap either time. She asks another waitress and that waitress knew, so how did she not. She then took our order. As we waited for our food all six people at our table ran out of beverages and we were not asked for a refill. However she was in plain site the entire time socializing with coworkers and joking around not paying attention to her job or her customers. No refill on chips or salsa was offered by her as well. When the food came, two of the orders were wrong. Then and only then did she ask if we wanted refills. I asked for the manager. When the manager came I informed her of the terrible service and that we would like a different server. Oliver was ***igned to us and was very attentive and polite. Exactly what I would expect in customer service. When the bill came it was wrong as the waitress had rang in a 2 for $25 as individual items. I think this is done to raise the price to influence the tip. The manager stated it was due to the POS system and it is a know problem. Well if you know about it why aren’t your employees checking for it. Sounds to me like the theft of service. I am paying for not only my food but also to be served. After our new server was ***igned the waitress with the bad attitude and too much fishing tackle in her face was seen being consoled and hugged by other employees in plain view of the dinning area. Totally unprofessional. She should be told if she doesn’t like to serve people or do her job she should find another job. And she really should cuz she ***s at what she does. FYI the first time she served us we left a zero tip as the service was just as bad. Thought we would give it a second chance and just so happened to get the same inattentive waitress. Shame on that manager for allowing employees to not do their jobs.

Mrs. Anne Muoio, Pittsford Mendon High School, Pittsford, NY
Her lectures: incredible. Her activities (especially Harkness Discussions): outstanding! Her...almost everything else: awesome. Her grading: relatively forgiving at times, harshest I've seen in my life at others. I'm so sorry to be rude, but something needs to be said...it's really making kids stressed about their GPA. Sometimes, it literally seems like she's read someone's paper, is ready to give them 99-100% but relentlessly searches for anything else to pick on and docks their grade. Again, I hate to be rude, but my friends kept talking about how "scary" her grading has been. Mrs. Muoio, if you see this...first off, hi! Thank you for forcing me to consider my place in the world more deeply. Your teaching is really rad! :) I know you probably just want to push kids who are already strong writers to be stronger and prepare them for the future, but some of these kids genuinely could benefit from getting into a prestigious university. Maybe, they could take those amazing lessons you and the other great teachers at this school have taught them and improve the world, but they might need a leg up academically to get there. A T10 college could give them that. Unfortunately, the kids might need super high grades to do so--even if they're in honors or AP classes. Acceptance rates have been declining for decades. The difference between 98-100 and a 92-94 may not seem substantial to you, but to Princeton, the 92-94 might get rejected because the 98-100 has an edge. I hope you'll at least take this into account from now on. I know you don't want to disadvantage kids in their college and career search; as a teacher, you must know how vital this generation is to the future of our world. Mendon is super highly ranked because the Mendon kids who apply themselves are super brilliant. Those kids deserve a bright future and a little less stress on their plates. Everyone I know has a consensus that your lessons and one-on-one teaching are incredible, so in my humble opinion, you don't need to be picky in your grading to make your points clear. :)
Kelly Clark, Curtis High School, University Place, WA, 98466
She is so clueless. She has been unresponsive to my emails in the past. She does not know what she is doing and she doesn’t listen to the students when we explain the issues and our struggles. Last time we expressed how her ***ignments didn’t make sense, she almost started crying. I wish I had a different US history teacher this year. The school needs better training and she needs to stop making her own weird DIY ***ignments and she needs to just start working out of some textbook. She is a bad history teacher but also just a terrible teacher in general. I understand that she does this because she likes teaching, but she is not good at this. This class with her is a waste of my time. And I understand that she is struggling somewhat to distance learning, but this was just a bad year for her to return to teaching after her 6 year break. I know she is trying but in all honesty, Ms. Clark needs to either receive really good and impactful training, or stop teaching US History completely.

Mr Gannon was an excellent teacher for my son Dyllan ..my son started high school last year & he said if it wasn’t for Mr. Gannon he wouldn’t be as prepared as he was .. he also said he wished he would of tried harder in his class and got a better Rapport with Mr Gannon .. Mr Gannon would also reach out to parents about what was going on with the kids .. just an excellent teacher overall

Absolutely terrible teacher, compares us to a class she never even taught, and has the attention span of a dog. She changed our final the ending week of our senior year last minute. She has asked personal questions about personal events and why that makes them terrible. Lastly, she calls everyone in the room, 17-18 years old, inappropriate names, like sweetheart, doll, sweetie, baby, etc.
