I would rate a 0 if I could, but I can't. She is rude and like making the rude comment "you have to be smart to be a smart alic " likes to add in extra stuff to the curriculum, that she doesn't know how to do. Nor does she know how to teach the normal curriculum.

I never had this teacher, but I am glad you had such an outstanding experience. It is unfortunate that parents project their shortcomings onto the teachers who have the courage to respectfully point out the error of their ways. Those parents often pass that behavior on to their kids. Then, they wonder why their kid is having issues in school. They don't need to wonder; they need to look in the mirror. What I described is not always the case, but it happens more often than people would like to admit. It sounds like you might be dealing with that issue here, and I'm sorry.

You’re right. People do not have enough gratitude for the adults who got them where they are in life: teachers. That’s especially true for driver’s education teachers. They don’t get enough credit for doing a really scary job on the daily. Moreover, if they they do that job well, they prevent accidents that cost people their autonomy and sometimes, lives.
