There is no sense of urgency whatsoever at this place. I've had a critical medical condition for 9 months but it takes weeks to months for the staff to reach out with test results, sending insurance requests, and when scheduling appointments they are only available for 3+ months out. Individuals with urgent conditions need treatment sooner than that. It feels like they don't care about my health or possibly have too many patients manage effectively. Sadly there are no other GI locations in San Antonio or I would take my business there.

Susan is not a career criminal. She is a good person that has done good things for a lot people. She is just mixed up in the wrong crowd. Mel and Olive's actions are their own and should not be a reflection of Susan. Susan is just their friend. Susan is everybody's friend. Don't lump Susan in with Mel and Olive.

My friends just show me how to look at Susan’s criminal record online. Oh my. Its so bad. I can not believe it. I did not know what to believe before, but now I know Susan is a crook just like Olive and Mel. You don’t get sued so many times if you are a good person. You don’t get lien and lien against you if you are a good person. Susan is being sued right now by the state of Texas in Dallas court. Before that, she got in trouble and got liens from Mesquite, Sunnyvale, Dallas County, and the school district. She owes so many people money for cheating them. My goodness. She has been doing this for over 20 years now. I know she will try to deny it but its all at the Dallas records office. Everything is signed by judges and officials. Oh I know Susan, Olive and Mel. Trust me, they are bad people. They are in so much trouble for cheating filipinos. Everybody is talking about them. That review about her being sued and running from bill collectors is true. I looked it up at Dallas County Records. I also found where Susan tried cheating Fairbanks Capital Corp out of $60,000. Its filed as 200411310153 and 2926904 at the Dallas County Records. Susan is always trying to steal something. She is so bad.

Filipina Susan Calamba was sued by First National Bank of Omaha for DEBT CLAIM in 2015, case JX1500745D. She lost the case. She didn’t want to pay the judgement, court costs or debt. So attorneys from Javitch Block went after Susan. She still didn’t pay. A Dallas judge slapped her with lien 201600113861. They pursued Susan for 4 years to collect money she owed them. She was forced to pay or lose her property. Before being sued yet again, Susan finally paid in 2019, 201900331043. She prowls around the Church with her fellow career criminals, Oliva Padilla and Melencia Velasquez.

Megan Brundrett MD, spread vicious lies about me. She is the Medical Lead at South High Primary Care, the primary outpatient training location for the Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency program. Megan Brundrett participated in false negative gossip about me at her medical center. She talked to Nathan Richards MD and Susan Li MD about me. She made no attempt to verify the gossip with me. I made many attempts to contact her by mail, email and phone to try to explain my side of the story. She refused to hear me. She refused to hear my side of the lies that Dr. Susan Li and Dr Nathan Richards were spreading about me. She made getting good medical care at South High Primary Care impossible. She listened to bad gossip, but would not hear the truth from me at all. Doctors are only to consult each other about medical issues, not office gossip.

Dr. Nathan Richards is vindictive. Another physician told him something about me. It wasn't true but Dr Richards did not check out the information. It became office gossip. He made life difficult for me to get proper care at that center. Dr. Nathan Richards came up with strategies to stiffle my medicare care because of a lie that Dr Susan Li told to Dr. Richards. He refused care. He really hurt me with false OFFICE GOSSIP.

Dr Smith has an incredibly strict policy regarding appointment time. If you are 5 minutes late you HAVE to reschedule. No exceptions. Ever. I didn’t know this (new patient) and tried to call as I was driving to tel them I was running late due to a traffic issue. No one answered or returned the call. I was made to reschedule. I showed up 20 minutes early just to avoid any issues on my end. Dr Smith however was 30 minutes late to my appointment. No reason was given nor was there an apology for wasting my time. When I asked why I had forced to wait past MY scheduled times (with no one coming in to let me know she was running late) she became defensive. She never apologized. Never attempted to diffuse the situation that she created by being late. She instead told me she wouldn’t be seeing me because of my ‘attitude’. As she walked out with no explanation I said ‘holy f***’ due to my shock at being treated that way. Those two tiny words muttered into the air prompted a call to the security guard to *** me out. While they weren’t the most kind words ever, I stand by them because I have never been treated like that before by a doctor. She clearly thinks very highly of herself and her time, while completely disregarding her patients feelings. Anyone would have been caught off guard. I was (no lie) escorted out of the building by the security guard because of my behavior. I know that I didn’t act ‘professionally’. I didn’t really have time to process what had just happened and react in a manner they wanted me to. The security guard was massive overkill and completely unnecessary. The office manager literally hid from me. Why is it that doctors can treat patients so insignificantly and it okay, but when a patient calls them out on their double standard we are the villain?? I cannot recommend this practice. It left me blindsided and humiliated. I know that I was 7 minutes late for the first appointment but I in no way deserved what they did to me today.
