Yes, while Mel gets mad and denies everything, the printed records going around the church are indisputable. I didn't believe many of the rumors before, but its all coming out to be true. All 3 of them have done so many bad things, even victimized Filipinos. I don't understand how they could do this to their friends. They have no children. No Family. This will be their enduring record and legacy. Their names forever tarnished in the Texas records and newspapers. These records are forever. I hope they find peace somehow.

As someone that used to call them friend, I am so sad for them. Everyone is speaking badly about them and I suppose its for good reason. They have taken advantage of several good friends and hurt them. There is a lot of money unaccounted for, and this is not the first time the three of them have been accused of wrongdoing. There is a stack of records from Dallas courts being circulated with all of their records. It is so sad for them that their legacy and what they will be remembered for is fraud and stealing from their friends.

I know there are plenty of reviews on here about this unethical lady. But I didn't see a review that talked about her identity theft scams. She will use your identity to help credibility to her scams. People will think you were involved because they have seen your name, email, or thought they actually spoke to you on the phone. But its really just Melencia using your identity and letting you get in trouble.

I don't think the people writing these reviews actually know Susan. I think they just know Mel and Olive and are including Susan's name because she goes to church with them. Susan is a good person. She has not stolen from anyone. She has not sued anyone. She has not had any issues with the law or ever been in any trouble. Save your negative reviews and harsh comments for Mel and Olive. Those 2 are bad news and everyone knows it.
