Lenka Stankova cares about one thing as you found out getting the surgery at ALL COST. SCREW THE PATIENT. SCREW the patients future. I was referred to this doctor by a Star Medical rep in Plano. I called to see what the requirements were for Bariatric Surgery. I provided my ins. info for verification & they scheduled me an appt for Thurs at 8:15am. I drove 45 mins to this appt and was told that they never put be on the schedule. Unprofessional. The scheduler advised that she could add me, but the first apt is at 10am. My first thought, Uh no, it was actually 8:15am. I would not recommend this office! What a waste of my time. If you cant commit to a schedule, how can I trust you with anything else. I will most definitely NOT return. They dropped the ball and nothing was done about it. Heard shes working at the VA now figures were ON TIME is not in there vocabulary
