John Reed, Azalea Ventures, Dallas, TX

Rating: 5 out of 5.

John flushed Molly Cain like a bloated turd out of Tech Wildcatters. He got tired of her crying in the office and screaming at Clarisa, Gabriella, and Stephanie. Then there was the time she got drunk and cursed out the interns. That's why John took the intern program away from Molly. Eventually, John took Molly's job away from her. Molly Cain lied on her resume and lied about all of the jobs she was fired from. She ended up where all flushed turds end up...at the IRS. That's right, the bimbo that can't add or work a computer works at the IRS. Molly Cain, the feminist male hating short, chubby fake bleach blonde from GlassHeel and Govcity is the associate director of enterprise digitalization. Don't worry though, John Reed really screwed her over mentally and emotionally.

House for Sale, 175 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089

Rating: 1 out of 5.

You can't get a mortgage on this house. It has structural foundation issues. Look at the foundation in the garage. HUGE uneven cracks. Look at the driveway. HUGE cracks and chunks of concrete falling off the size of a football. Look at the retaining wall. HUGE cracks big enough to stick you dik in. I wasted nearly a month with an offer on this crappy property before my inspector flagged it. Seller is a conman by the name of Juan Favela. He is well known in DFW and on this website. He flips houses with foundation issues and arson. This house has both. He sells used cars on the side. What a winner. BUILD THE WALL.

Monument Realty and Jadeh Investments Inc, 175 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089

Rating: 1 out of 5.

This property is back on the market! Its listed for $2.3M. That's a discount of $1.1M! Whop whop! As of March 2024, its been on the market for almost 2 years. This is listing #5. Chris Lamrock out of Keller Williams is listing agent. Poor dumb baztard. Realtor #1 bailed 7/22. Realtor #2 bailed 1/23. Realtor #3 bailed 6/23. Realtor #4 bailed 9/23. That house will never pass a thorough inspection. Electrical and HVAC are a nightmare. All of the trim looks horrible and there's not a plumb wall in the joint. The remodel job done by Jadeh Investments after the house fire is a 3rd world hack job. That company is headquartered in a mexican used car lot in fabulous Garland.

Deputy Director IRS, Dallas, Texas

Rating: 5 out of 5.

No no people. Don't believe the lies! Let me set the record straight. My name is Molly Cain. I am the deputy Director of the Internal Revenue Service. I was CEO of tech based lobbying firm Gov City and I was CEO of a major female empowerment company called GlassHeel. One of the first of its kind. As you can see, I am not only a trailblazer, but I'm also credible. So credible that the government trusts me enough to make me an executive of the IRS. I was not fired or rejected by Comerica Bank, Tech or Health Wildcatters, or any employer. If anything, I was laid off because those companies suffered from poor management. I left the entire Texas startup ecosystem because I was the victim of constant sexual harassment from Hubert Zajicek, Ken Anderson, Steven Gehfeld, Robert Brevelle, Doug Lunn, Tony Milikin, Ricky Tejapaibul, Harry Kochat, Kevin Vela, and Stephen Hayes. Then there were the interns that harassed me daily it seems. I am an entrepreneur but I can't remember a company I founded that actually made a dollar of revenue or profit. That's what these horrible men do to women like me. Make life so crazy that I can't remember all of my successes. But I am happy now. Working at the IRS going after men, conservatives, republicans, and the like. Yes, I'm back you biooochees. Molly Cain forever!

House for Sale, 175 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, TX 75089

Rating: 1 out of 5.

Don't be misled by the realtor. The house is a train wreck. Here is what we uncovered after multiple visits to the house. There was a fire at the house. The repairs were done without any permits. The repairs are poorly done. The insulation from the walls to the doors and windows are inadequate and not up to code. The house, every time we were there, was a balmy 90 degrees or hotter upstairs. That's with all of the airconditioners on full blast. The windows are not sealed and look to be done by a weekend DIY'er. They don't meet code. The doors are rusting already and hot to the touch. Sunlight peaks through all of the sides and bottom. The door handles and locks do not fit the doors. Doors do not meet code. There retaining wall, driveway and garage are all structurally failing. You could lose your phone in the cracks. The bedroom windows are failing. The sealant is falling out and the massive windows flex and creak with the slightest wind. The patio posts are shimmed with large chunks of scrap wood and are not aligned. The pool speaks for itself. Not a square corner or straight line to be found. What a sheitshow.

House for Sale, 175 Peninsula Drive, Rowlett, Texas 75089

Rating: 1 out of 5.

To add to the other review about this property, I would like to say that it is just plain awful. It is probably the most dangerous house I have been in (at least in America). There is a massive retaining wall by the pool with nothing to keep you from falling off the cliff. The pool is not fenced so good luck with homeowners insurance or keeping the neighborhood kids from suing you. Surrounding the pool is a concrete patio with uneven drop offs and steps that go no where. What's up with the pool being right next to the driveway and garage? Maybe the pool is really a car wash. Don't even get me going on the death stairs or uneven floors inside the house. There is like sharp stuff on some of the doors and door knobs. Sharp enough you didn't want to touch them again. It was so hot in the house that my makeup was melting off. The realtor said the aircon was on, but the thermostat showed it was 94 degrees. Is this listing a joke at $3.4M?

This property is listed for $3,400,000. I recently toured this home. Besides the shock factor of how poorly it was renovated, I was appalled at the total misrepresentation of this property. The property is advertised as lakefront but it is not lakefront. The home is unsafe with numerous, serious code violations. The stairway, balcony railing, retaining wall, windows, kitchen appliances (used, mix matched, and damaged), exterior doors, and so much more does not meet code. The stairway, kitchen and balcony are very, very dangerous. There is exposed plumbing, drainage pipes, and gas lines haphazardly poking out of walls. If inspected, I doubt its electrical, plumbing, and HVAC will meet code. The house was very warm even will all 3 of the AC units constantly running. The stairway treads are slippery and undersized. There are sharp pieces of metal waiting to cut you on the exterior walls. The yard is atrocious and littered with glass, nails, ants, and rusty metal. The retaining wall is crumbling and does not have a handrail. Be very careful if you take your children to view this home. If you search online, you will uncover that this home was built by a known crook without proper permitting or inspections and then was set on fire for insurance. The flipper, Jadeh Investments, did a shameful job to create a facade to hide the arson and other issues, but the work is utterly unacceptable at any price point. The home should be condemned. Ask for inspections, permits, and floor plans. Then order an inspection and be thorough on everything from the foundation to the roof (looks like the original roof from before the fire). Given the unmaintained yard, the number of ant piles and infected trees, I would order a termite inspection. I cannot stress enough to be careful if you take children to view this home.
