Taco Bell 029452 Delilah. Is a very good employee and very knowledgeable and courteous she deserves a raise and definitely the opportunity to gain a higher job position/ title within the company! The store was in a very nice clean State. .. bathroom was nice and clean. And comfortable. And I felt very welcome and pleased. With the service I received I'm not sure if Delilah is a manager but it sure seemed like it everyone seemed to enjoy her / working with her and it felt like they all looked to her for guidance and support and everything was perfect my order # was 224 I had a crunchwrap supreme and a beef chalupa add nacho cheese no sour cream it was 2/19/2020 12:51 pm . This is the worst Taco Bell! EVERY time we order a Beef crunchy taco sup. They give us a reg. Crunchy taco. This visit I ordered 3 chicken chalupa Sup., the shell was so hard I didn’t even eat it, our taco sup. Was a reg. Taco broke in half because they stacked the 3 chicken chalupas on top of it. I also ordered a 12 pack. Cinn. Treats. They were ok. I should have thrown a 20$ bill in the toilet and flushes it. Out of all the food I ate 2 Cinnabon things. They just now started wearing gloves and masks and handing the card thing out of the window so I can swipe it myself. All other Taco Bell stores started this when the Pandemic began, it’s now Sept. and they started doing it at the end of Aug. Corporate really needs to visit this store and stay a week and watch. Go thru the drive through unannounced and see what you get. This store is ran by a bunch of teens and very young adults that should not be in charge. If they can’t find responsible managers to manage the teens then close the store down. Food is always wrong and terrible. I am done with them. I will go to the Taco Bell on Post Rd off of I-74 from now on! That store is awesome...just a little farther, which is ok with me!!!

There is always at least one item left out of the order or incorrect. In the most recent order we didn’t receive the nachos but we received the cheese dipping sauce.

It's always something when I come here. Today they gave me stale taco shells it's after 2pm how can you have stale taco shells . And my stuff crunch taco has barley any meat if that's suppose to be double the meat I sure don't want to see what regular meat looks like . This taco bell has to do better
