On Nov. 23,2020 I did a online order for buy 2footlong get one free. This store was no longer doing that so I had them cancel my order. The manager told us that she would give me a refund on Monday. Monday came and went so response went back up there a week later and talked to another manger and the owner and was told that it would be taken care of. Its no almost a month later and its still not taken care of. I talked to the district manager and she was very condescending and VERY RUDE!! Told me that they couldn't give me a refund and that the managers there are not allowed to do refunds!! She refused to give me the owners name and phone number!! This is not the first time we have had a issue with them. The other time we did a online order they took my money and there was no one working!! That time it took me 2 weeks to get my money back!! THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF THEIVES!! The sad part is they are getting away with it!!!

Order number ticket #2131 ordered a buffet with drink could not eat it potatoes dried out under light chicken green beans and black eyed peas dried out under light floor and tables were nasty employees standing around talking and laughing not helping customers acted like they did not care food was bad and service as well

Unzipped my purse and opened it while I was on the exam table. I took it from him before he took out the contents. He violated HIPPA. Discussed my medical condition and records with an unknown man outside my exam room. Did not answer my questions regarding my visit. He rushed me out the door.

I've had multiple mobile orders come out with items missing & have found hair in our food 3 different times, which is obviously super gross. Nothing was done about either situation, thanks for taking my money & not giving me what we paid for or ruined d food, with human hair in it. It's very much appreciated. Hope you grasp the sarcasm.
