Sonic app is not user friendly and when it's not functioning right, the drive in won't honor your order or give the half price offered by the app. I've deleted the app from my phone and will never eat at a sonic again! First the girl at the window puts my money in wrong $5 instead of $20 what What I gave her. Then I get to the window to pick up my food only to find out while I’m sitting in traffic on 635 that all my food I ordered is not in my bag I’m very frustrated at this point because I paid for food that I did not receive

I ordered 1 big breakfast with added extra bacon. I got home I had only 2 strips of bacon no sausage or bacon that comes with the meal and every thing was cold and the biscuit was cold and hard. This is not the first time I've had a problem with this restaurant not giving you all your food.
