Papa Murphy’s, 4826 Main St #6, Spring Hill, TN, 37179
Violino Restaurante, Winchester, VA
I’m not one that uses social media to bad mouth businesses or people. However I do not recommend this restaurant, WOULD YOU, after reading this letter want to dine there? You get better communication and service at a fast food establishment. Mrs. Stocco did not have the consideration to respond to this letter. Some restaurants substitute pork for veal but Ossoboco is a veal dish. With my experience and background in the restaurant business I tend to believe that the Ossoboco that was served to us was pork. December 11, 2018 Marcella Stocco Violino Ristorante Itilano 181 N Loudoun St Winchester, VA 22601 Dear Marcella: After searching for Ossobuco online, I was specifically interested in that dish, Violino Ristorante came up. We called and spoke to you about the menu. The prices on your website menu was less than was listed on the menu handed to us. We informed you about it (we notice now that you do not have prices on your online menu.) . We made reservations at a local hotel, so our main purpose in Winchester, Virginia was just to dine at Violino Restaurant to enjoy your Ossobuco. We were looking forward to a wonderful dining experience. We arrived at the restaurant a little before your opening at 5PM, we were your first guests. After reading the qualities you listed on your website like “what truly makes violin the experience that it is, is the sense of family that is deeply felt throughout the restaurant by patrons as well as the staff.” “From the moment that you walk through the door you are welcomed into the Stocco family, ….they wrap you in unsurpassed hospitality.” We never experienced the above, we were very upset when we left Violino. Having traveled extensively over the world and being one who takes pleasure in eating truly wonderful international dishes and knows true hospitality and being welcomed to one’s establishment. We were seated with very little conversation. Our Waiter came after a short time, and without any small talk or conversation proceeds listing the specials. When I asked him a question, he said, “don’t interrupt me” and just went on talking. His tone was very disruptive he was rude, impertinent and arrogant. We never saw him again after taking our order, the young lady ***.stant wait staff was your only shining star we experienced for whole evening, and we graciously tipped her for her kindness. We were upset after we left your establishment. You called me on our cell phone while I was driving and asked “WHY I DIDN’T TIP THE WAITER.” I was driving and did not speak about this issue. (In most states it’s illegal to talk on the phone while driving.) Our meal was ruined, by the rude, impertinence and arrogance of the Waiter, (My family and I owned a restaurant, that seated 250 people, that Waiter would never work for us.) He ruined our whole dining experience and to rate your Ossobuco, I question whether it was veal. I’m not one that uses social media to bad mouth businesses or people.

McDonald’s, 104 south main st, Coudersport, PA, 16915
Staff was polite. But the empty tables were dirty I had to clean my own table off while the staff stood talking about there personal life’s. The floors needed to be swept there was food on them in the dinning area. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with my food but there was none I don’t know if you were out or the pump was just empty but no one went to see. I used to work for McDonald’s so I know what the standards are and I am sorry for being honest but they were not met. Thank you for your time
McDonald’s, 2120 north main st, Pearland, TX, 77581
Told by employees they were too busy to take my order, as another employee was picking their nose behind register. Made order at screen and waited 15 minutes for food. Which was wrong. Don’t like to leave bad reviews, but worst McDonald’s experience by far.

Joyce Lindauer, 1412 Main St Suite 500, Dallas, TX 75202
I retained Joyce in 2019. First retainer was $2,500. Joyce gave me a rough estimate of $4-$5,000 and 6 months to resolve my legal matter. 3 years and $12,000 later, this idiot lawyer is still working on my case. I don't hear from her for months at a time. When I call, it takes 30 minutes to get her to remember who I am. Its like deja vu. I agree with the other reviewers. Joyce is not aging well and her mind is slipping. She is very good at remembering when you owe her money. That's about it. My friends have told me that she is ripping me off and probably charging me for the 30 minutes everything I have to re-explain who I am. Its 2023 and I will be looking for a new attorney. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. There are plenty of real lawyers in Dallas that work at big law firms. Joyce works with a part-time ***.stant and some young lawyer in training. Not much of a law office or firm, which is why I thought I was getting a cheap deal. Boy was I wrong.

R Delta Engineers Inc, 618 Main St, Garland, TX 75040
Let me tell you about the worst company ever, R Delta Engineers Inc. Their job site is a nightmare and unsafe. They block the road with heavy equipment and supplies. They leave mud on the road making it impossible to get to my home. The nails, trash, and wood are everywhere like in my driveway and in my yard. They park on my property. They work from 6 AM to 8 PM and weekends making it impossible to have a quiet meal or to have friends over. I can’t even think about showing my home under these conditions. The white privileged owner doesn’t care, and neither does the hillbilly general contractor. This is a year long nightmare. Please do not do business with this elitist, insensitive engineer. 2 November 2022.
Edwin Kuhl, 266 Joule St, Alcoa, TN, 37701
Dr. Kuhl has been my family physician for 10+ years. Until recently I had never experienced the belittling, talk down to your patients as I had often heard he could be. Not only did he refer to me as being incoherent, (which I wasn't) but he become so verbally abusive that by the time the exam was over, I left the exam room in tears. My recent for the unplanned visit was due to a fall I had experienced on a Saturday night and again on a Sunday evening. Because I had been diagnosed with thinning bones 4 years ago and subsequently prescribed medication for the condition, I have been especially careful have how I walked, slowing down my stride, and given up horse back riding. The falls I took placed great stress on my joints, hips, knees, and lower back. Long story short, the good doctor has lost a patient for good. I will never allow this person to examine me again. I will never use East Tennessee Medical Group again. The treatment I have received from this group since reaching my 62 birthday has been less than stellar. No one deserves to be treated in such a mean, hateful and cruel way, especially when said patient was in excruciating pain, could barely walk, and exhausted due to lack of sleep. I considered filing a review with the state medical board, but instead decided to post a review on this site first. I will pray in earnest that someone on the medical review board will eventually conduct a review on Dr. Kuhl's unprofessional conduct toward his patients. I know I'm not the only patient he has treated so poorly. My uncle was also a patient of his a few years ago and was subjected to the same type of verbal abuse, lack of caring from Dr. Kuhl. His bedside manner has a lot to be desired. His uncaring attitude, verbally abusive tone is unacceptable. Another incident with this doctor was the misdiagnoses on me in 2013. He kept insisting the pain in my chest, running down my left arm, and shortness of breath was heart related. First off I have no relatives who have ever had heart problems. Secondly, it took two trips to the emergency room and 7 months to get this man to refer me to a gastroenterology specialist. As it turned out my gall bladder was on the verge of shutting down. The emergency room doctor on my 2nd visit discovered the problem and thank goodness he did. Otherwise I probably would not be sitting here filing a review 6 years later. Thank you for reading the post and I hope the word gets out so that no one has to endure what I went through on Monday, November 25, 2019.
