I really enjoy going to A.D. But this time it was bad,awful, not good. I think you get the point. I wanted a Reuben sandwich.like I have had in the past. But I had wings with it. The sandwich was bad. Nothing like before. The bread was soggy,no sauerkraut,to much sauce, meat crispy. It was bad. . cashier was good. Call a lady from the back. She put on gloves lifted the bread and said it's good. Mean while I tried to tell her this isn't a Reuben. She called another guy from the back. He said it was good. It took everything in me to not tell. The sandwich wasn't good. But. Instead of causing a scene. I left. I should have ask for my money back or continued an argument. I have been there a number of times. But I will NEVER GO BACK. LOST A CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL. Cashiers was good. NEED A NEW COOK.

This was the worst I've ever eaten at this restaurant. Arrived at the drive thru at 2:51 for my order th o be messed up got to the part where I was supposed to eat and I had a filet o fish with no tartar sauce and some hard nuggets I brought it back to the store and gave the manager the bag and told what it was supposed to be which was supposed to be the quarter pounder in the nuggets and I don't know if somebody else had the burger before I did it was so burnt the bread was hard McDonald's could have did so much better than what they did it's a disappointment and I had been having a taste for chicken nuggets from McDonald's for the whole week to finally get it in a big disappointment I never do reviews I tried to call the store no one picked up but I'm upset about it

I was very disappointed I am a diabetic and was not supposed eat a lot of bread . I wanted to get a slider and was willing to pay extra for tuna. I explained it to the manager. She said they count the bread I said no problem I am paying for the bread I just want the tuna on it. I was told you count each piece of meat. After a few minutes I asked for home office phone number and was told they didn’t have it. I ordered a meal of two sliders with turkey with oil only and couldn’t even eat the bottom part of the bread it was to hard . I won’t be coming in here again

The past 3 times we picked up a cobb salad there was no bacon and chopped up chicken that was charred. Tonight there was no bacon, no eggs, very little chicken and the bread was burned. A new Arby's across the street is competition but I guess they don't care.

The drive throu window service is awful. We've order several times thru the year and it was always messed up. Order southern chicken sandwich today and bread was burnt from toasting it and lettuse, tomatoes wasn't fit to put on it. I can understand if lot people there an business but not when place bout empty. I honestly will not go there again.

Recently went they on a Tuesday before 5. Waitress forgot our bread basket, the first thing she should have brought. Not busy and service was mediocre. Easter decorations overload, looking tacky ! Ask hostess on way out of we were suppose to get a bread basket. She said yes, do you want a roll to go?
