Went through drive thru and ordered a large coke with light ice. I started drinking the coke and her a rattling in the cup, I took the lid off and there was a container of barbecue sauce under the ice! I was completely grossed out and pissed off!

The drive-thru isn’t a drive-thru. You pay at the window and then they ask you to pull into a parking lane. When your food come out, the order is wrong, you don’t have any condiments or napkins. Now you have to get out of your car, which defeats the purpose of the drive-thru, go inside to get the correct food. This has happen to me 5 times in a row. It seems like they do t need a drive-thru at all.

This restaurant is horrible the worst ever I went drive through last night 2 cars in the front of me took 30 minutes to make my order when I asked the cashier she started that something was broken so it was only one person taking the order. But I stood on the line for 20 minutes and I kept saying hello no one would answer me I had to back up to go to the 2nd line. The worst management ever. No customer service.
