Every time i come to this location, my food is never hot, and the customer service is horrible. They act like you are not spending your money with them. If you ask me it needs to be shut down for selling half cooked food.

Had a chicken combo ( crispy). Worst sandwich ever. Tiny. Old. Actual meat was 1/2inch inside crusty greasy coating. Was not cooked fresh at all. Would of went back but was on the road traveling already. Was there at 12:58 pm. So still in lunch time. Will not eat at that sonic again

Went into the restaurant. A man was in front of me waiting. We were waiting and waiting. It was about 5 to 7 minutes and no body came to the register. A woman was filling orders and employees walking around. Finally after waiting so long when she gave an order I asked her if someone was working at the register. She finally came over. The man in front of me said he never comes to this one but was working nearby. The customer service was terrible. If they want customers there customer service has to improve. They act looking like they don’t care if you wait or not. There were about 6 or 7 people behind me waiting to to be helped. Ridiculous.”
