Entered restaurant and approached counter. Selene came over. no greeting or anything! i placed order and then she walked away without giving me my receipt or saying a word. She walked over to other employees and started talking and joking. i asked for Carol the mgr. and she didnt seem to concerned about the behavior ! Carol didnt apologize or anything either. just gave me my receipt and walked away !!! Never been treated so rudely !!!

The drive through staff at this location are top notch. My order is always to my satisfaction and the person at the window is always very kind. This is a very high traffic location so for them to deliver good customer service evertime is a feat. I hope the staff there get major kudos because I enjoy my experience each time I order there.

I went through the drive thru and was asked to go the reserved to wait for my food when there was no one in line. I understand when there is a line behind me. When there is no line a customer should not have to go wait in another spot

The food at this particular location is consistently good. The bacon egg and cheese biscuits are the best I have had recently, much better than McDonald’s because you don’t skimp on bacon.
